Flew into Reno and took shuttle to Golden Nugget and the Uber to property. Property very quiet, planned it between summer and winter seasons. Property well-maintained inside our rental as well as the grounds. All communication was done via text and email which was nice. They often texted asking how our night was and if we needed anything. The Heavenly shops were about 1.3 miles away, a nice walking path to get there. Definitely check out Heidi’s for breakfast next to property. Only negatives were that there was no kcup coffee maker and the bed and pillows were extremely hard. Had a great trip overall.

Loud furnace- nice location

Goods: location, clean, washer & dryer, some basics in the kitchen (oil salt pepper cookware) towels for beach, private beach, hot tubs/pool Not so good: furnace so loud that we had to turn off to sleep ( we are somewhat light sleepers) Those on 3rd level loft have to come down 2 floors for restroom- wanted us to not leave key for bears to get in garbage bins but there wasn’t a key- lock on door had a small issue and wouldn’t automatically lock. They don’t want furniture moved- coffee table in living room is to far to put your beverage on soooo ?? Lots of texts from the management company the week of traveling. Made things stressful when you have a busy week working. To many dos and donts to remember. They were quick at replying though. I would pick a different unit next time or a hotel with less rules to remember

Nice stay

Very nice location to have our family reunion at. 41 of us took over 3 condos at Lakeland village and another cabin house about 1.5 miles away. Ages 3-80s, and we all found fun! Close to many amenities and fun things to do. Private beach. A little more expense-wise than i would like, but worth it to be with most of the family a short walk away.

Great spot in Lake Tahoe

This place has everything you need for your stay. Full kitchen was great. Easy check in process and great communication! Just steps away from the beach! Loved that we had our own private beach too! Close to everything too! Can’t wait to return to Lake Tahoe and stay again!

Great family stay

The central location of the property was excellent. Communication with the property management company was just the right amount. Instructions and expectations were clear and super simple. We had enough space for our family of four. The furniture and space was comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and all of the amenities were so appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean. Lots of near by restaurants and super markets.

Nice Place. Great Communication

This condo is located far enough away but not far at all from Heavenly Village. Near the water but not too close to the ruckus. Loved our stay. 4 stars because the dryer malfunctioned and could not be repaired in time for us to use it. They made an excellent attempt though. Great management team.

Heavenly Ski Retreat on the Lake

Perfect town home for a family of four. A short drive to Heavenly's California Lodge, nearly across the street from Whole Foods, with very comfortable beds. The home is in a community of town homes with parking areas and paths to the units. This means no car noise or lights outside your door. Extremely quiet and peaceful.

Clean condo close to the beach

The condo is in a nice community close to the beach. We had a problem with a party going on at a unit behind us during quiet hours. The property management was very prompt in their help resolving the matter.

Great Stay!

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and the condos are just down the street from all of the shops in southlake. There is a free shuttle that takes you to the casinos or shops, it picks up on the hour. Very convienient. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The beds were a little hard, bedding was nice,the beach towels are included which was great. Overall really good, we would come back again.

First Time Ski Family Trip

Property was as advertised. Check in and property information was great. Property manager called to verify everything and answer questions prior to our arrival. Unit was very clean, well located, close to heavenly ski slopes, etc. We were a family of four and there was ample space for our young boys. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Close to everything

This property was really nice, close to walk or short drive to anything in South Lake Tahoe. The beach and pool are less than a 5min walk from the place and have a private beach used for guests. We never had more than a few other families near us. They even had beach loungers available. It was really quiet inside. Even with people staying in the the adjoining units. The only con was a smell, not super strong but there. Like stale cigarettes or old smoke. It was musty, we could never put our finger on what the smell was. The home was clean.
