Amazing winter getaway

We had an amazing time here with friends skiing for a month. We had a total of 8 people, working from home, and had a schedule of waking up to ski in the mornings, and working the rest of the day. We all mostly work in tech so internet speed was an important factor, this place had good internet speed (100mbps down) but did cut out occasionally throughout the month (several times per week for a couple minutes) — all in all it was a good work situation. The Property Manager was extremely responsive throughout the stay, helping us with check in issues, logistics, and providing us with supplies (cutting board, extra vacuum). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for others in our situation,

Great home base for exploring the lake

We stayed at this wonderful property during our first weekend of the 2021 summer break. Plenty of space, very well kept and the dock fit our 25’ pontoon perfectly. We would happily return to this house.

Great house

This house was perfect for our needs. It has a Great dock that was usable with our pontoon and jet ski even though the water level of the lake was much lower than usual. Nice deck with a good view. Good pool table. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Some things to consider are that it is near the back of the keys, so the slow no wake exit with your boat takes a while. Also the pollen and other junk in the water in the keys builds up a bit in this back corner, so you won't want to dip in the water by the dock. We didn't want to anyway though. The hot tub water was slightly greenish when we arrived and got a little greener as we were there. We barely used it though so wasn't a big deal to us. Half the pool cues had broken tips, but we had 2 that worked so that was fine too. If you have a toddler or service animal, you should know that the stair rails are spaced 6 inches apart, which is larger than the 4 inches required by most codes. Our 3 year old ended up slipping through them and climbing on the other side, dangling over the stairs. Luckily we were there to pull her right back but please keep that in mind and block the stair rails if necessary.

Disappointing quality for this price

First, we were offered an early check in, but when we called to take advantage of that we were told they were too busy to accommodate us. The floors were very dirty. One of the shower doors was unstable. The oven worked poorly. The grill did not work. When we called about the grill we were again told they were too busy to send someone out to look at it. We were disappointed in the quality and customer service at this property for the price.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, beautiful view, great property. I would stay here again. The biggest complaint I had was everyone agreed the pillows were terrible. That normally wouldn't be an issue for me because I usually bring my own pillow but had forgotten it this trip. The check-in was less than perfect I had requested an early check-in but was denied. We ended up there early anyways with a flat tire and a pregnant lady that had to use the bathroom. They were working on the floors ( to find out) and that's why we were denied. I only wish they had said that when I booked this 4 months ago and asked for early check-in then. they told me I would have to ask again the day before. I could have thought of a better time to do floors than when they had someone staying in the house that same day. all in all, it was a fabulous weekend. and this house was welcoming and roomy.

Great Extended Family Getaway in Fabulous Location

This is a great place for a family getaway. Gorgeous views from the house and hot tub. The house was very clean and great location for quick access to Heavenly.

Great Famil Vacation!

The house was just as advertise and provided a great weekend for the families. Launching our boat was simple and the dock was in great shape. Can’t beat the views and locations on Lake Tahoe.

We had an amazing time here

The home was very clean inside, the photos represented what we expected to get. The management company was very responsive to us and answered all our questions promptly. We were a family of 7 adults and two children. This made our Tahoe time amazing. We even rented a boat during our stay and were able to park it right at the homes dock.

Amazing!!!

We loved your house.... it was quite a nice retreat after that huge blizzard! We tried going into town but found it best to stay indoors playing pool and having some much needed family time. All the rooms were clean and the heater worked perfectly... we enjoyed the views from the kitchen. We look forward to coming back!

Great house, awesome location. Restrooms were very nice, kitchen came with all you need. Only gripe would be that the master bedroom didn't heat very well compared to the rest of the house. But other than that, highly recommended as a great place to stay.

The house was a perfect fit for our family.

We were able to enjoy the common areas of the house, but had plenty of room to find our own private areas for rest and relaxation. We enjoyed all of the amenities: hot tub, pool table, barbecue, decks, spa tub and rain shower. The view of the weir was fun with ducks, coots, herons, geese and osprey. The neighborhood provided great walking areas. We were close enough to all of the popular attractions South Lake Tahoe has to offer. This will be a wonderful memory for all of us!

Beautiful view - but crazy additional fees that add up for this so called "Luxury Rental"

Beautiful view but this is not a luxury rental given all the extra fees added onto the nightly rate was almost half of the entire cost of our 7 night stay and lack of luxury bedding and amenities. The house was beautiful but we won't be back due to the following: insane additional fees, only 4-5 coffee mugs and the place sleeps 12, cobwebs on the ceilings of the bedrooms with spiders in them.....are you kidding me....no extra blankets in the closets, old electric base board heating in all the rooms which took forever to work, the beds didn't have mattress covers on them, only a sheet draped over them and small, white down comforters that were thin and dirty with make-up and stains on every one of them - it was so gross we ended up buying our own blankets to sleep on. I do not recommend this place - not worth the price.

Loved the home, rent a boat down the street.

We really enjoyed the house. Our young adult kids loved the hot tub and pool table too. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the boats and geese. Plan to rent a boat or jetski down the street at the Marina. Bike riding is close too as well as great hiking.

awesome home, awesome time

We ran out of time when booking houses for New Years but when we found this home we loved it. It accommodated 9 adults and 2 children. It had four rooms and 12 beds it had 7 beds but i believe the couches doubled as beds. We loved how our backyard was the lake, it was frozen, it was beautiful. We took so many pictures in and around this property. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and about a 15 minute drive to Heavenly. We didn't eat out, this home had a pretty large kitchen, so we cooked everyday, every meal. When we arrived the door was unlocked but the owner was so easily reachable and he took care of it. He was very curious and easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend this house for anyone with a large group. We will definitely come back. There is one small complain, the master-room upstairs did not warm up with home heater, we had to use a small heater found in the closet. That's about it. You will enjoy this property.
