  • VHR # 073635 TOT # 070138. No more than 8 people allowed and 4 cars. Quiet hours start at 10:00PM - 8:00AM. Kids under 5 are not considered on the headcount.

    Steps away from forest service land with biking and hiking trails. Lake Tahoe Exquisitely remodeled Tahoe chalet with exposed beam ceilings located in the county, in an ideal for Vacation, exquisitely decorated, double pane windows, bathrooms, and new forced air heating unit. Spacious living area including a large rustic hearth stone fireplace. Fenced-in backyard with expansive deck perfect for your out-of-town guests. Bonus space upstairs is ideal for a home theater or kids play room. Extra-large two car garage with workshop and separate laundry.
    Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
    1-2 portable AC units are provided upon request. Please make sure to let your host know if you expect them.

Great Airbnb Experience!

This Airbnb was exactly what my friends & I were looking for. It's located in a nice neighborhood and has amazing amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. We were within a close distance from all that Tahoe has to offer and we had the best time. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay

We stayed during our spring break. The kids were able to play in the snow in the backyard and relax in the hot tub afterwards. We were close to the lifts. We would definitely love to stay here again :)

Wonderful Home!

This freshly renovated cabin was ideal for our family vacation! It was roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kids loved the game room! We all enjoyed having our meals outside on the deck, using the barbecue, soaking in the huge hot tub, and chatting around fire.

Great family vacation

What a great place to stay. The backyard is perfect for hanging out. Has a nice deck in the back with fire pit and a bbq grill. We had everything need for us in the kitchen for cooking. The home smelled very good upon arrival, guest service was very good while helping me make the reservation I will use this company again.

Lake Tahoe vacation

It was great to be in Lake Tahoe again. We had our dog with us and having a fenced backyard was great. We had everything we needed at the property. The pool table was great for us to unwind at night after spending all day at the lake. Julio was able to recommend local restaurants. All in all we would stay here again.

Nice friendly Cozy cabin.

The cabin was as listed. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Hot tub was hot. Yard fully fenced for our furry friends.The kids room had room for a couple of more kids and the bonus room was perfect for them. Easy access from Hwy 50.

Surprise trip

I took my family on a surprise trip. I told them we were just going to the snow up in tahoe and I just pulled into the driveway of this awesome cabin! It was great we had a great time and will be back in February hopefully we have some snow fall for goos ski season.

Amazing everything!

We had a nice vacation at this property. It was the first time in tahoe and we loved it. Such a peaceful time hanging out by the lake. We scheduled a hike and were able to reconnect with mother nature, some great views of the lake/hillside. The property was very clean and well organized. The luxe team was very helpful through the booking process I would definitely recommend this property/company.

Perfect for long weekend with family

This rental was perfect for 6 adults and a dog! Very close to South Lake Tahoe and Stateline activities. Also close enough to drive and sight see around the entire lake and surrounding cities and ski resorts. The property was clean, cozy, decorated nicely, had everything we needed including dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We enjoyed cooking steaks on the gas grill and star gazing in the hot tub after skiing all day at Sugar Bowl ski resort.

Amazing house!

This house was so spacious and had everything and more! The game room was so fun and the hot tub was perfect. The kitchen has so many extras that you don't normal find in Airbnb's. The checkout communication was a little vague but other than than the check in and communication was so easy!

Fun house with good amenities

The house was really fun! There was plenty of space indoors and out to play games and have some laughs. The grill worked great. I will say the ping pong table is probably a bit too small to play a serious game but it was fun anyway!

Great stay! Will rent again

This was a great rental for our hiking plans. The house definitely has a nice rustic style to it. We found everything we needed for our needs. Great big fenced yard for our dog, great location (10m drive to safeway, Lake tahoe beach area, all the restaurants). The hot tub was excellent, clean and perfect to rest at the end of the day. Wifi had great strong signal! We would rent again. Thanks!

Fun house with great amenities!

This house had everything you could want, jacuzzi, fire pit, game room and in a convenient location to get to food or state line within 10 minutes! It had plenty of beds for everyone in our party and nice bathrooms. I only have one minor complaint, and it's that a lot of the lights in the house do not work, however it was not a big deal as they provide many lamps and other lighting options to make up for it. Overall we had a great time here and would probably stay here next time we come!

Snow daze!!

One of the most important features of this home was the comfortable feeling we felt during our stay. The beds were comfortable linens were ok Perfect for our dogs ease of check in and out The only negative was dog friendly but added another charge for them. I feel like it should just be all inclusive or a refundable deposit. However with that said, we will return and would recommend this place kid friendly pet friend and overall delightful

Overall a good experience. The hot tub was filthy and unusable (very cloudy water); the master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable and both coffee pots didn't not function as they should. Overall, everything else was great. Kids enjoyed playing pool (although the longer pool sticks didn't have the soft rounded ends so the short kid sticks were the only ones that could be used) and ping pong. Sleeping arrangements worked out well for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Nice, but needs a little TLC

This house was the perfect size and had all you could want. Nicely stocked, nice neighborhood, nice appliances, big hot tub, Roku TV, However around the house could use a little TLC. The pool sticks had no tips on them, so we couldn't play, one of the bedrooms had a huge crack in the window, we kept getting attacked by ants in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom and the outside patio was messy with broken chairs. I just expected a little more attention to detail for the price that was paid. But besides the little issues, it was a nice place. No big issues to complain about. And the contact, Julio, seemed really easy to get a hold of, and very friendly.
