Superb!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. He could use some extra cleaning supplies (broom) and the kitchen table is gorgeous- just needs some tightening. Safe neighborhood, east location to beach amd all attractions!

Cozy & equipped for fun!

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the interior felt upon entering the house, the photos definitely don’t do the rooms justice. The kitchen was super well equipped, the bedrooms were comfy, and of course, the hot tub was amazing. Great location that was quiet and felt private but was also just close enough to town for quick access to food & entertainment. We’re grateful to have come across this listing in time for a very memorable trip!

Clean, comfortable, sort of convenient

House was spacious, clean, and well appointed with comfortable furniture. Stepping out the front door it takes exactly 5 minutes to walk into the front door of the nearby grocery outlet which was a great place to buy inexpensive wine and food. We actually went there two or three times a day to buy things for our party of nine. In case you are the type the local hospital / trauma center is also only a 10-minute walk away down a local residential street. Starbucks is similarly only a 15-minute walk away via a footpath. There are also plenty of electric scooters around the area you can rent if you're into that. The house contained plenty of games for our group to play including the full size shuffleboard table. The hot tub was great although you can realistically only get about five people in it at a time. The beds were super comfortable although the bunk room downstairs is more suited for the kids than for adults. Don't worry about bringing too much supplies as if you don't see what you need in the house grocery outlet is so close. Only two things kept this from being a five-star stay. 1-you must drive to all of the local attractions as it's a little too far to walk comfortably. Not a big deal but I wished they're worth things closer that we could have walked to. 2-some of the furniture and appliances needed a little repair. I did contact the property manager on day 2 of 6 informing them of this, but then I grabbed my tools and spent an entire morning going around fixing things to make my stay and future tenants stays more safe and enjoyable. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this house. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful home

Our stay was awesome. The house was clean and everything looked as pictured. The kitchen was lacking a few things and the beds were a little more firm then I like but these small things wouldn’t stop me from staying at this home again. I recommend this cabin to anyone.

Fantastic facility!

Had a great stay at the facility with no issues, my one concern would be maybe leaving a flat shovel or salt to help clear the driveway of ice for parking. A lot of ice build up definitely caused a small hazard for people walking and parking.

Only drawback ..no use of garage otherwise 5 star! Beautiful property peaceful and relaxing

The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was there except personal kitchen needs like baggies, foil etc. if I were to be a critic for a moment: being UNable to drive into the garage when it is sleeting and snowing and wet is a negative. The stairs get slippery on the outside and having to climb them when a garage is available but not usable is dangerous and also very cold outside. They apparently don’t offer a code or opener for the garage door to be opened from outside. So here is the thing if you want to come and go without slipping or getting wet, it won’t Happen as garage access isn’t good if you cannot even open or shut it from the outside. This should’ve been mentioned when offering this rental. If you see a garage door you think it is usable. However, this place is AMAZING and the grand vacations staff extremely helpful and available. Loved our stay !

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Everything in this home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was spacious allowing for many "cooks" in the kitchen at the same time. The 2 family rooms worked well, and we especially enjoyed the shuffleboard table. The spa was also a favorite amenity which we used and enjoyed each evening. We'd rent again the next time we stay at the South Shore. *for those who aren't able to climb stairs, the only call-out is there are many stairs to access the home .

My experience with Grand Welcome was extremely dissatisfying. They are the rental agency in charge of this property. We had numerous issues and none of them were dealt with. Upon arrival we had made a request for shuffleboard sand. It wasn’t a big deal, but they responded with “we’ll send someone over with some.” Never happened. Our biggest issue was the oven was broken. We had 12 people staying at the house and planned on eating home cooked meals every night. We had brought pre-prepped meals and had some amazing chefs in attendance! After notifying them about the inoperable oven, I was told they’d send someone out. A couple days later, I called to check up on it and was told that they did have someone come by to verify it was broken but “he couldn’t find anything to write on to notify us he’d been there.” I then asked what the plan was to fix this situation. The response was they would try to find someone local to fix it. A couple more days went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I made a few more emails and phone calls and never heard back. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! We had to toss food and had the added expense of eating out most nights. Stay away from this rental company. They’ve got bad reviews on google too. I own 2 vacation rentals and would never treat a renter this way. Oh.. and my places are stocked with toilet paper! This place had nothing...

Clean, accommodating, close to everything, plenty of space.

We had a great time. The house had plenty of room for 11 people, included all the basic amenities one needs for a stay at a rental, super clean, all the beds were comfortable, and it seemed brand new. I would definitely stay here again. The management company was quick to respond and super helpful. Definitely a must choose house for a stay in Tahoe.

Beautiful, Spacious, Modern, and Fun Place

This house is clean and has lots of space. There's a nice shuffle board table, and plenty of board games. The kitchen/dining area is amazing!!! Everyone can be in there without feeling crowded. We were 2 families with a grandma. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. The jacuzzi is very nice as well. You don't really get to meet a host, which we were completely okay with. The outside trash bins were full; however, they came to pick it up in less than half an hour from the time we called, and were very apologetic. Highly recommend this for a few friends or multi family vacation!!!

Great house!

This was a great house. It's basically new inside and looks as nice as all the pictures. There was a big kitchen and very open floor plan on main upper level. The upper family room area worked well and there is a separate lounge area downstairs too. All bedrooms and living areas had TVs. We played a lot of shuffleboard while hanging out, watching movies, and getting meals prepared. The three bedrooms with king beds and bunk bed room worked nicely for our group. The back deck with BBQ worked well for grilling and the hot tub downstairs was relaxing. Location was convenient and everyone was pleased with the rental!
