Tucked into a quiet, pine-filled South Lake Tahoe neighborhood — the cabin sits just a few minutes away on foot from Lakeview Commons & El Dorado Beach. Walk to the lake for sunrise coffee, explore the bike path, then return for fenced-yard playtime with the dogs. Heavenly, Stateline dining, and the casinos are all a short drive (or a free shuttle ride) away. The perfect base for families, friend groups, pet-owners, and remote workers.

Even better: the cabin sits within the free Lake Link on-demand shuttle zone, so you can leave the car parked and let the shuttle handle trips to the village, beaches, casinos, and trailheads.

☀️ HOUSE RULES

⁃ No smoking indoors
⁃ Quiet hours 10pm–8am (city-enforced)
⁃ No parties or events
⁃ Please respect neighbors & community rules
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Take shoes off before entering the property.

6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. No dogs on beds.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people.

8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).

14) Pick up after dog poop or you´ll be charged $75 to clean up
