Family celebration

What a wonderful place this is to stay in. We have 3 generations staying here and it was perfect for all of us. I will be looking for some other reason to rent here again. A really nice, comfortable place enjoyed by all ages.

Tahoe with kids and husbands

Great location you can walk to Heavenly village where all the shops are. Nice and spacious kitchen with everything you need. However there is no view at all of the lake.

March 2023 Stay

The property was very clean and larger than the pictures show. Check in/check out was very easy. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed immediately. Easy drive to either California base or Stagecoach base. We would stay in this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was yet another great experience with RnR Vacation Rentals. The property was exactly as described, it has plenty of space for me and my family (wife, two young kids, au pair). I highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs 3 bedrooms / 3 baths. Plus, it is a 5 min walk to the Heavenly gondola and restaurants, so it makes getting to the slopes really easy. Once again, I highly recommend!

Beautiful home, well stocked

My family of 8 stayed stayed over the Christmas Holiday. It was better than described. The kitchen, baths and bedrooms were stocked beyond expectations. We cooked two meals a day for several days without lacking any tools. Location could not be better. Walking distance to Heavenly, Starbucks and Nevada Casinos. Complex was quiet and the private garage was a huge plus. RNR Vacation Management was exptrememly helpful our entire stay. Would def recommend!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not enjoy staying in the corner and the people above us were extremely loud into early morning hours. Hopefully, if we go next year we will be able to stay in 201 again. We came across several ants which was not usual but other than that, the place was clean and well kept.

1st off the dates of stay are wrong. I stayed Friday August 1 checkout Wednesday August 6, 2025. Everything was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, it was so quiet we slept in til 10am. When we arrived, while making dinner we didnt have hot water for like and 1 1/2 hours. After running it for awhile it worked fine. I wish the showers had better pressure or different showerheads long hair took awhile for shampoo and conditioner to come out . The alarms are a little sensitive, which is good. Making breakfast 2 days in a row made the smoke alarms go off( and the fan was on too). In the master, which is on the bottom floor I did have 3 spiders in my room, 4 black flying idk what they were, they kind of looked like termites and 2 mosquitoes i had to kill. Nothing can be helped with that because I was on the ground floor with beautiful tall trees all around. Other then that my family and i had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back for another stay in South Lake Tahoe

Upscale condo in South Lake Tahoe - great for families!

This is a very nice modern condo unit in a private gated community in South Lake Tahoe! It's a very quiet condo complex located in a busy area of SLT. The unit has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, tons of square footage, storage and lots of space! Nice modern kitchen with lots of pots & pans and cooking utensils - but be sure to bring your own spices and condiments etc. The beds and linens were luxurious and high end. Small outdoor balcony with a nice BBQ and table and chairs. Quick walk 10 minutes to the lake with the private beach. 2 blocks from Heavenly downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Gated community felt very safe and unit has a high tech keypad entry. I stayed here with my 3 teens, but it would also be good for several friends on vacation. A little noise can be heard from the people above in the upstairs unit, but there are posted quiet times and quiet hours, so that is nice. I would stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit. First was really great...everything was wonderful. So we had good expectatiions...but that didn't happen. Our condo was on the end, reallly couldn't see anything except dingy building next door and the condo units directly across. The people above us were extremely noisy at ALL times of the day/night (I asked for help on that one but nothing changed). Also, ants in both bathrooms on first floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. The only draw back was the thermostat. There is one on almost wvery wall of the house and is very complicated to get to work. It was extremely warm and set to 73 when we arrived. The directions did not help as someone previously had set it incorrectly. However, the rental company was quick to send someone out to get it working correctly. It was no longer hot, but extremely cold. I wasn’t going to complain as I would rather add more blankets to keep warm. The home was filled with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and was very clean and well cared for. We would stay here again!
