The property and housing was beautiful. It had all the things that we needed. We stayed here with family as grandparents had never visited beautiful lake Tahoe. We had a wonderful time we enjoyed our stay.

NCAA basketball and skiing

Perfect for what we wanted. Short walk to Heavenly Gondola and several restaurants and casinos but also great Kitchen and TV for the nights we stayed in to cook and watch the games.

Heart of town

Condo is very well maintained & has a very large open floorplan w/a cozy fireplace & a cabinet full of board games! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for making meals and the laundry room even had washer pods. We were on the top floor & we could hear the neighbors below us partying til past midnight, but it was a Friday so it we let it go...except we had to be up for early board lessons. Overall this place is a close walk to the heart of town and in a secure gated community. We would definitely recommend it & stay again!

The place was nice, clean and equipped.

Great location, near village, casinos, and lake shore. Unit is upstairs. It was nicely appointed with high end linens, comfy furniture, modern kitchen, ample flat screens, and a nostalgic arcade sized game with 400 titles from the 70s!

Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location, easy to find and the staff was helpful when needed.The only down side was that the beach closest is private so we had to pay per person; which we did because it was a convenience to Walk to the beach and not have the crowds that are at the public beach.

Awesome family vacay week!

We were 2 families, with 4 big kids over 18! Our week in South Lake Tahoe was fantastic. The unit is amazing and had absolutely everything we needed. Tons of space for the 8 of us. It was extremely clean, nicely furnished, great appliances and a well stocked kitchen. It was in a perfect location for walking to shops and great restaurants at Heavenly. We enjoyed Pope & Nevada Beaches. Did a sunset cruise around the lake. Went on the gondola and took a 4 mile hike up Heavenly. Ended the week with an outstanding fireworks show that we watched from the marina, everything was fantastic! The communication from the rental agency was excellent, and the unit was exactly as described! Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Summer vacation

We had a fun-filled stay in South Lake Tahoe while staying at this great property. It is very centally located and we were able to walk many places in town, which was lovely. The weather was great (minus the high pollen!). The house was very suitable and comfortable for our family/friends of 10. Would have been nice to have a larger sitting area, as not all 10 of us could sit in the living /TV room together when we wanted to relax. The house and town are very dog friendly, which was a wet as we brought our small hypoallergenic dog. We all enjoyed the outdoors and had daily adventures which made for a great Summer vacation.

Everything You Need In A Rental

This was a great summer rental. Our children did not want to leave. Owners made sure to include extras like quality furniture, bedding, TV's with cable, etc. 3 bedrooms on main floor and large bunk room on lower level for older kids/adults. Main suite and bunk room are en suite, always a plus. Lots of space for our family of 7 adults and 1 infant. Appliances were modern, clean and included double oven and gas range. Full size fridge with ice maker as well. Kitchen is fully stocked. All the place mats, cookware, serving and food storage dishes you should need in coordinating colors and good condition. Appreciate use of garage and electronic lock rather than a key for door. Was 10 minutes walk to shops and casinos and also 10 minutes walk opposite direction to the beach. Property management company was one of the best we have worked with. Would definitely consider this rental again for a future visit.

Reviewer Comments: We came for a summer time family vacation, and now we’re debating whether to rent the same cabin again every year for summer or winter trips. Perfect location—5 min walk to the beach and 2 minutes or more to Heavenly Village, casinos, and all the state line shops and eateries. You can rent boats, jet skis, canoes, etc. at the beach. You can take the Heavenly Gondola up for some sight seeing/hiking. I wish I had more time to rent a kayak near emerald bay or hike along the west shore ridges. Wonderful and well appointed kitchen with all the cook, bake, serve, flat, or anything-ware you could possibly want to serve up a tasty and eye-pleasing meal for your family. I loved the double bunks (twin over full) downstairs, with TV and play station (bring an HDMI cord), so the kids can make it their own space and use their own bathroom. RNR made it easy for us to check-in and out. Pro-tip if you’re flying into Reno, you can take a $35 shuttle, per person, to South Lake Tahoe, instead of a $100 Uber or $200 can ride. But you have to schedule landing before last shuttle departure.
