“The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily). I arrived at the gate, provided my confirmation number and directed to the tower I'd be staying in. Valet was complimentary. No long lines, I picked up my key at the front desk from MGM Signature...

“The host was excellent, but the service at the hotel was horrible. We were at the reception counter for one hour to check in.. We gave the reception our confirmed paper reservation. They call Expedia and talk to them and Expedia verify our reservation. The manager had to call Expedia again after the receptionist had already called Expedia one time. .Someone in the hotel office type in the wrong dates. I paid for 49 days and the employee enter 9 days in their system. No apology or nothing given...
