“El lugar estaba sucio me alojé durante 5 días y 4 noches nunca fueron a cambiar las toallas ni hacer la limpieza, pregunté en recepción por la limpieza y me dijeron que al ser vía expedia era privado y que debíamos contactar por este medio al personal de limpieza, muy extraño, adicional a eso, estubieron haciendo reparaciones en el edificio y nos despertaron super temprano, no pudimos usar la alberca por la misma razon. ”

“I arrived to check in and was told that they overbooked and I needed to move to an entirely different property. It was handled very unprofessionally, I was texting a random person about my reservation. I got to the new property and it was dingy condominiums. This whole situation cost me a lot of time, missed meetings and money. I’ve never had an experience where my room is double booked and I can’t even check in.”

“When we first arrived we were reserved for tower 3. I called ahead of time to let them know we would be a late check in. When we got to tower 3 for check-in at 1030pm, there was a sign saying tower 3 check-in is closed go to tower 2. This would have been more helpful if we knew this ahead of time, when I called earlier about the late checm-in. I know this could be a issue for someone who has a hard time walking.
