“Pros:This is a beautiful, clean, well maintained property, and we sincerely enjoyed staying here. The listing details and photos are well reflective of the apartment. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms for 4 of us. The washer/dryer was very useful. The kitchen had the essential pots, pans and dishes to prepare a meal and all appliances worked well. “The flat is large and eclectically decorated. It has 3 levels which provides space if you are staying with friends. There are two separate living rooms!The building has interesting history and you can still see some of the old architecture inside the flat. It’s a short 15 minute train ride to London in a quiet neighborhood which has grocery stores and local pubs. Nancy was a wonderful host, friendly and knowledgeable. “It's in a great location with onstreet parking. Quite noisy but a lot of earplugs supplied for sleeping! I hope the fridge gets fixed and the tv remote was very annoying. ”

“We loved this flat in a very historic building. Location is in a wonderful neighbourhood just far enough from the hustle and bustle of City centre but still very accessible. Perfect location to travel to and from Wimbledon, lots of pubs and dining options. For those who do not like the heat and/or are not cooled by fans alone, this may not be a choice - however the retained historic charm far outweighs the lack of air conditioning. Avery is a very responsive host - great communication.”
