“I liked the installation itself, as well as the service abd attention we receives. Very comfortable and secure even when we were there tha main days of national political and social protests near the hotel. Made me and my family feel secure and co mfortable. Very pleased.”

“The picture looks very good, but what you don’t know- until you pay and actually get there- is that it is a very oddly-shaped 2nd back house. There is tight parking for two cars in the garage that you share with the residents of the 1st back house. Also, you reach the garage through an alley in the back. The neighborhood is ok, but the parking on the street is atrocious!! I felt very much duped.Monrovia is a beautiful city, but there are better places to stay.”

“We stayed at this VRBO during the January 2025 California Fires which were just on the borderline of the area. The communication with the owners was spectacular. We had a family emergency which brought us to California and with the fires this compounded our stress. The owners, however, were so amazing at sharing information and putting us to ease. “This was a great property for our family. 3 1/2 bathrooms was great to have. Location was about 12 minutes from Disney with lots of restaurants around. If you are a late sleeper might want to ask for a late check out since you have to be out at 10, but with small kids no issues. ”

We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. “The hotel is nice, good location close to downtown. The pool area is great as well as the lobby area. It does not provide breakfast or room service. To have your room clean you need to schedule the day before else they don’t do it.”

“Loved this cozy little cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. I especially loved the deck on the roof, it was the perfect spot for morning meditations. It was so nice to come home to at the end of a long day of concerts. ”
