“We waited until the last minute to book a new year's Eve vacation in London. Hotels were booked so we turned to vrbo and found this house. We could not have been more pleased. “It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .”

“This property is just as advertised. Host Jimmy was very nice and responded immediately to any questions, provided very accurate and simple check-in instructions. Location was walkable or a quick taxi / Uber to the Tower and other Thames Bridges, as well as the Tower of London and other attractions. Didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the weather but it looked nice. Enjoyable stay.”

“We stayed 5 nights at the house. Overall we had a nice stay and the space/rooms were great for our family. I was a little disappointed at the dirtiness of the front yard when you came through the gate, and the couch was definitely not something I wanted to sit on. We attempted to do laundry but couldn’t ever get the drying feature to work even with finding a manual online and attempting to get guidance from home owner. It would be helpful to have written directions somewhere for future guests....

“We really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. We were walking about 10 miles per day and this house was great to come back to and relax afterwards. There is a nice park area across the street and the village with plenty of options is a short 5 minute walk. The hosts were great and made everything easy checking in and out. Highly recommended!”
