Disfrute de la experiencia de una escapada de vacaciones excepcional en nuestro encantador condominio penthouse. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en el piso 12 de Saida Towers III con magníficas vistas del Golfo de México y los hermosos jardines de Saida. El condominio cuenta con encimeras de granito y una hermosa decoración con encanto costero de playa. Los alojamientos para dormir son de hasta seis personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el dormitorio de invitados tiene una reina y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama desplegable. Hay una espaciosa sala de estar abierta para disfrutar con su familia o amigos mientras brinda las comodidades del hogar, el lujo y la elegancia informal. La cocina está totalmente equipada para aquellos días en los que prefiera las comidas. Disfruta de las infinitas vistas sin obstáculos del Golfo de México desde las principales salas de estar y el dormitorio principal. Hay un balcón muy grande completo con muebles de patio para ver el amanecer con una taza de café, y cada noche terminando escuchando las olas romper en el anochecer. Este es un condominio libre de humo NO SE ADMITEN ANIMALES

La propiedad frente a la playa de Saida ofrece una lujosa vida tipo resort con su propio acceso privado a la playa a las olas del océano. Saida tiene tres hermosas piscinas (dos se calientan durante los meses de invierno), tres jacuzzis, cuatro canchas de tenis y juegos de tejo que están disponibles para que nuestros huéspedes se diviertan al sol. Las tumbonas también rodean cada piscina para relajarse por completo mientras usted se recuesta y escucha las olas del océano bailando a lo largo de la costa de la costa del Golfo de Texas. Hay dos bares de bocadillos junto a la piscina para saciar su sed y comer algo rápido (disponible en temporada). Saida Towers es una comunidad cerrada con una entrada vigilada y está ubicada a poca distancia de restaurantes, el parque acuático Schlitterbahn y las tiendas.

This is the best condo i have ever stayed in on the island and I have been coming here since 1987. Everything is extremely clean and everything works as it should. Beautifully decorated condo equipped with nice appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware. Excellent communication from hosts with expectations and suggestions. My family also stayed on the Saida property, so we were able to meet each other down at the pools and the beach. Best family vacation ever!

This is our second time staying in this condo. We were happy to see that the owners have kept it up and continue to offer an outstanding place to stay. The condo is well stocked with essentials to get you started and even has the little extras for comfort. We are delighted with the area and the property is a perfect match for us.

This was our first time to SPI and it did not disappoint. The condo and the property were awesome. Condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need and the grounds were amazing as well. Had a great time. Hope to visit again and would definitely stay at the same place.

We highly recommen staying here. It was just what we needed. Condo has everything you need for the comforts of home. The view of the pool and ocean from the patio is amazing and the view of the bayside and bridge out the kitchen is also pretty great.

Beautiful seaside view! The sunrises on the balcony were gorgeous! You can also enjoy looking down at the pool and tennis courts. The fact that you can see the sunset view out the front balcony was another treat to this condo. The condo was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay!! We will be back to this condo!

We loved our stay in the 12th floor condo. Clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and very close and convenient to local attractions. The property is so nice and secure. We loved the multiple pool areas. The balcony view is breathtaking! Tim & Deb were great to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this condo on your next visit to South Padre. We would gladly spend time here again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and inviting. Tim and Deb have thought of everything. From a Keurig to room darkening window coverings, it's all there. We snapped pictures of the ocean to the east and beautiful sunsets to the west. We will book it again next year!

Accommodations were spot on. Laundry is available on 11th floor but machines are dated. Left washing machine was only 1 that worked on warm setting. Lower dryer worked but very hot so check your load after 1/2 hour. Our balcony view was awesome and tennis courts and beach were fantastic. Great area to visit. We would return for another stay in the future.

Everything about this condo was above our expectations. The view is superb. The decor was exceptionally done. The beds were super comfortable. Everything function as needed. Within walking distant of a few great eating establishments. The 24 hour security was a stress relief when you drive a Jeep and leave the top open at times. The times we did reach out to the owners were answered very promptly. We could not have stayed at a more perfect place! Thank you Tim and Deb for allowing us to enjoy a slice of heaven!

The location of the vrbo was perfect and our condo had bogey boards, cooler abd a wagon for our use. Loved the sunrises abd sunsets. The master bedroom was uncomfortable as it was very firm. We didn’t realize the condo building didn’t have a washer and dryer but we were able to contact a local laundry service. Overall it was excellent!

Most beautiful condo on the island. We’ve been coming to padre over 10 years and has been many condos. Place is modern and fresh décor throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Even provided with seasonings for you to cook and enjoy with families. Bedrooms are sizable and with comfortable mattresses for nights sleep. And loved bathroom with bright lights. Also soap dispenser in the shower was added class. Entire condo was throughly clean and comfortable. Last not at least extra large balcony to enjoy beach view was superb! Thanks to owner Tim and Deb for our stay! Chong

The condo was as advertised and then some. Tim and Deb thought of everything by stocking the place with the little extras. The had the necessities for the beach as well. My wife is already talking about coming back to SPI and this is where we want to stay next time too. Everything from the time we arrived until we left was as easy as you could ask for.

Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay-family of 4 - plus 80yr old grandma. Everything is clean and comfortable, seemed that the entire condo had just been renovated. Blockout shades in master and living room are perfect for the mornings you want to sleep in. Has a great beach front view from spacious balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit SPI.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Tim and Deb's beautiful condo. The view was exactly as shown and we enjoyed morning and evening on the patio. The property, both in the condo and outside of it was clean and we went on off-season so it was not crowded anywhere which was a nice change of pace. The condo has everything you need and I especially enjoyed the blackout shades and ectra hour of sleep that my children enjoyed every morning.
