    'Beach Getaway' es su lujosa casa de playa con más de 3600+ pies cuadrados para disfrutar de su tiempo 'lejos de todo'. Situado justo enfrente del mejor acceso a la playa, Beach Getaway ofrece magníficas vistas del océano desde todos sus CUATRO BALCONES. Broncee junto a la piscina, tome una siesta en el porche, cocine en la cocina, juegue en la habitación de los niños; tendrá unas vacaciones para recordar.

    En toda la casa, puedes esperar encontrar las comodidades normales que asocias con el lujo: encimeras de granito, un wet bar con refrigerador para vinos, 15 pies de espejos y una bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal, televisores de plasma y una vista extraordinaria desde cada ventana Cuando termine de relajarse en la playa, una piscina privada y un patio le esperan para relajarse. Si la cocina le interesa, encontrará una cocina inmensa con todo lo que necesitará para preparar una cena especial. La familia puede mezclarse en la isla de la cocina o en el bar de la cocina. La casa incluso tiene un cubículo de negocios para verificar el correo electrónico y mantenerse conectado.

This home is exactly as described and offers many amenities in the perfect location for an extended family to enjoy. We made great memories while staying here for a week and hope to return. The pool folks came to clean it and the trash was removed twice as the directions stated. Walking literally across the street to the beach was lovely. Seeing the surf right from the living room, upper bedrooms and balconies was super.

Love this house. You walk across the street and are at the beach. A/C was cold. Kitchen was large enough for two or three. Pool was fun. Ready to go back next year. Thank you!

We had 10 adults and we all fit comfortably! This is genuinely the best property. We love how close it is to the beach. There’s plenty of parking and they do have beach accessories for use as well. We had 1-2 issues that were quickly remedied by the hosts. They were so kind and made sure our trip was great. I would 100% rebook here next time I visit Padre. The beds were very comfy especially on the third floor!

A Place to Make Lifelong Memories

The property is amazing, and was one of the highlights of our vacation in South Padre. Walking distance to the beach, and ample space and amenities. Host was very responsive. Minor issue with the washing machine didn’t overshadow a wonderful visit

Great stay

Was a great house. Came for spring break with a group of 12. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. Appliances could be updated, water from the fridge was slow to come out and the oven took awhile to heat up.. other than that great experience and I highly recommend this place.

Very family friendly

The house was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space. Our favorite spots were the large living area and pool where we could hang out together. The beach was so close. Our whole family enjoyed this beautiful home. Our host quickly attended to all issues that came up.

Was cozy and clean

Was clean and cozy. Only problem with our stay was that the first night was hot since the ac had frozen and tv sound was not working.

Spacious getaway for a big group

My family and I stayed here over Easter weekend. The layout allowed for seclusion for our multiple families when we desired it, and the spacious family living room/kitchen level was a great “home base” for everyone to gather. Right on Gulf Blvd, you are directly from a nice public beach access point, so that was perfect. The beds could have been more comfortable, but aside from that, it was a great stay for us! Host was excellent with communication and setting our group up for a fun stay. House was well stocked with kitchen fixtures, so you won’t need to be worry about much there.

Loved it!

Literally a perfect location, 10 steps to the beach. House was beautiful and clean! Comfortably held 18, though, I wish there would have been pull out couches. However, super comfortable couches! Walks to the bars or restaurants were about 40 mins max in either direction. We had a great time grilling and hanging out by the pool on a cloudy and windy day. So many balconies! We really had a great time in this house!

The place was a 3 story condo with two rooms on the first floor and two rooms on the third floor. The second floor was the living area and kitchen. The only hiccup was that the A/C was not working on the second and third floor for the first night. The owner was very responsive and got it fixed immediately once we notified him. Location was great as the beach was a short walk, right across the street. Located near everything. Lots of space and ammenities. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location, helpful owner, needs maintenance.

I can’t say enough about the owner. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a great time and the island is beautiful. However; This property is in need of some maintenance. The upstairs AC unit was not working during our stay. Luckily it was only 75 outside and wasn’t too uncomfortable. The light in the upstairs bathroom toilet room didn’t work. The shared bathroom door didn’t have a working lock. The bunk bed bolts were loose and did not feel secure.. the railing on the top floor porch was loose. There were just a bunch of random deferred maintenance issues.

Beautiful beach house and the perfect location

The home was beautiful and spacious! Location was perfect right across the street from the beach with ocean views. What you see in the photos is what you get! We had an awesome time! Adam, our host was available and professional. I had a couple concerns and he handled them with immediately. My family and I are planning to go back to Padre again at the end of the summer, and I plan to book this property again for our stay. This home is perfect for a large group!

Wonderful location and beautifully maintained property

Our group of 12 settled in quickly and were welcomed by well maintained 3 floor home. Great location and steps away from clean and family friendly beach. The owner was prompt in welcoming us and addressing any open questions we had. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect location

The property is located at the perfect location to enjoy the beach at SPI, the only issue while staying there is the pool was not well maintained.

Great house

This house is a perfect location for a larger group. We had 9 adults and 2 teenagers and everybody was happy with house. Communication with the homeowner was fast and helpful. We’ll likely stay here again.
