We would probably give a 4.5 if that was an option. This was a comfortable and fun stay with most everything we needed. The Gulf view is mesmerizing and we love the balcony overlooking the beach! The communication and responses were very timely and we would not be afraid to stay here again. We rated a 4 because the building is getting a little older and there were a couple of minor things, but it is clean, the hot tub sparkling and was a perfect temp and the pool was nice!

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and then some. The air conditioner kept it very comfortable. The room was spotless and the hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Nice place. Parking (reserved spot) right by the elevator. Condo is right by the elevator. Going to the pool and beach is very close. View from patio is beautiful. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for a nice place to stay

Normally stay at a different condo but wanted try something new. We’re glad we did. Being a one bedroom was ideal since my wife and i didn’t have to pay more for multiple rooms we didn’t need. I loved the assigned parking spot and the view was spectacular from the 4th floor. Very quiet and well maintained unit. Love to come back soon. Next time you’re headed to SPI, give this beautiful condo a try!!

Unfortunately our stay got off to a rough start with a parking issue someone was parked in our assigned spot. After speaking with the point of contact we were offered the option to tow the vehicle but we were concerned about potential retaliation so we chose to wait it out. That decision didn’t pay off and it set the tone for the rest of the stay.The condo itself is noticeably outdated. Water pressure was poor and we found rust in a lot of places including the fridge, freezer and microwave. The toaster was dirty/old and both bathroom sinks were missing stoppers. Furniture throughout the unit was nice in the 90’s and while the master bed was fairly comfortable it was quite squeaky. Back patio door was difficult to lock and unlock. Lack of washer & dryer in the unit also was a challenge given the towels provided. Other issues included old roll up privacy shades one of which wouldn’t fully close and an overall feeling that the unit hadn’t been refreshed in a long time. That said the A/C worked well and beach access was convenient (just four floors down). The building’s elevator like the condo felt dated.On the positive side, they did provide a decent selection of beach gear chairs, toys, an umbrella, etc. which was helpful. However, for the price (a few hundred dollars per night) we expected much better quality.This seems to be a recurring theme on the island from my research after the fact high nightly rates without the modern amenities or upkeep to justify the cost.

This property was very convenient to the beach (so close). Our parking place was also close to the elevator. The condo was well maintained as was the pool. Privacy was great. In fact, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We would have liked a larger balcony, and a blender. Everything else was great.

The convenience of location made this beach trip super easy!! We could keep “wet stuff” in the truck, which was parked right by the elevators, and were able to walk right out to the beach from the elevators. Freekin awesome

Perfect Spot for Some Down Time

I cannot wait to get back! Easy check in and check out, the view is great with easy access to the beach, the amenities in the property were top notch, and the property itself is well maintained. Will be booking my next stay here soon!

View was fine. Refrigerator sounded as if it was going to stop soon. The fan in the bedroom would grind on and off. The water pressure was low. The towel hanger had been moved but the previous holes had not been patched. The light switch next to the closet, in the bathroom did not work. We were asked to clean our shoes for tar, yet there was no chair to sit on to do this. Nor were the brush and scrub sponges clean. Once you managed to clean your shoes you had to maneuver past all the tar on the walk to the elevator.

This property was such an awesome stay as you get private beach access, the area was not loud, easy and convenient parking and the condo itself was perfect! The only issue I had was the check in information was not sent under the sender address that I was told to be on the lookout for so that was a little stressful but other than that it was an excellent stay!
