“I brought 14 middle and high school students from Colorado on a week long trip to visit pittsburgh. The Clement was clean and comfortable for us, and had almost everything we needed. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and safe. Phillip and his Assistant were very personable and helpful, and checked in with us regularly. “Very easy to find and it was nice to have a garage and parking spot. We were able to find close by street parking for our 3rd car and friends that came over. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard with grill was nice for our dog and another outdoor space. There is a busy road and train tracks behind the property, we thought it would be a problem but we dealt with it and got use to the train. Beds were comfortable but would not recommend the futons on the 3rd floor for...

“Perfect location”

“Fantastic property!! Very clean and well stocked. Lots of extras that made our stay enjoyable. Only downfall was that our apartment unit was a long walk from the parking garage but otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.”
