“The house was great. Very well stocked. We traveled with our dog and toddler and it was a nice little house. The only hard part is parking. Being a college town, it can be a bit hard to find parking at certain times. Other than that it was great! ”

“We appreciated the way most everything was as shown in photos and loved the 4 furnished decks. The owner quickly responded to our needs and questions. Nice to have parking not on street.”

“Great Property in a Great Location. We were a little skeptical as we pulled up to the door, but once inside the property was spacious with high ceilings and tons of light. 2 large bedrooms with king sized beds, and a third bedroom with a nice set of two bunk beds, plenty or room for everyone. Kitchen was nice with plenty of new appliances, and everything you'd need to cook a meal. Bathrooms were clean and large with all the amenities you need and plenty of towels. “Location was perfect for us. We could walk to Southside Flats, and walk to see our son and son-in-law. Lots of places to eat. There was a restaurant right next door but you would never know it was there as our sleep was not disturbed. Definitely recommend and we will definitely Stay here on our next visit.”
