“The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.”

“This is a spacious house perfect for family gatherings. The beds are comfortable. The house is nicely furnished. Kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet. The game room is a nice bonus. The owner was very nice to work with. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Booking was easy. We would rent this home again. ”

“The host was great he responded back quickly if there was a question .the house was very clean and the decor was nice .”

“The house was a good location and very clean. However, the coffee maker did not work, the sheets on the second bedroom did not fit the bed and the electrical plugs in the master bedroom did not work. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was extremely hard and so one person took the smaller third bedroom. ”

“This home is exactly as described and pictured and worked out perfectly for 4 adults and two kids and a dog to stay in. The home is continently split into two halves, with the queen room and twin rooms on one side with a bathroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The owner is extremely responsive and immediately handled a minor situation that came up. This is a great place to stay and well appointed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. ”

“This home was so conveniently located in the heart of Fayetteville. Almost everything we wanted to go to was 6 minutes away and a lot was walking distance. Would definitely stay again if we're in Fayetteville again. ”
