Needs new pots and pans, knives, coffee table, door repainted and opening of door working . The water pressure in the bath is terrible and although there was a problem with the kitchen sick, that was addressed. ”

“This was our second time staying at this property, and it's terrific! The furnishings are great and very comfortable. The apartment is sparkling clean and well-equipped with all the essential supplies (paper towels, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The large deck is fabulous -- a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, especially the spectacular sunrises. The host provides an excellent supply of information prior to arrival and is quick to respond to questions. We definitely will...

“This was our 2nd stay at this property and our 6th or 7th stay in the Plantation area of Amelia Island. Great place for a secluded beach getaway in Fall/Winter that’s not overly touristed out. The Shipwatch unit is very spacious for our group of 4-5 and is beach-facing. We also like the proximity to the eating/shopping options like Marche Burette.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Island condo. It was very clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view that made for a truly relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described and well-maintained. The only small downside was that the couch wasn’t very comfortable for movie nights, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we’d happily return.”
