“All was good”

“Elevators and carpeted areas were disgusting with stains, food and dead bugs on them. Bed sheets had stains on them. The pool was closed because of a pump issue and that was pretty much the only attractive amenity they had to offer. Staff was not rude but not exactly friendly either. Breakfast was decent with a variety to choose from. Overall, it looked like they were given a $5 budget and told the designer to make it pretty.”

“Room was pretty clean, staff provided clean towels almost very day , except one. Were there 5 nights and bed was never made or sheets changed. At least one sheet change would have been nice. Room was quiet and relaxing. We did not visit pool or workout room. Breakfast was not so good. Never saw a breakfast attendant. Every morning was sad dried out eggs and sausage. There were carbs like bagels and waffles that I can’t eat , I’m gluten free. Landscaping needed some love , lots of weeds. Staff...
