Moteles en Southern Tasmania

“Great location and layout, fire pit and bbq a nice touch if you want to be social. Everyone v respectful of being quiet so made for peaceful spot. No reception over weekend but did respond quickly when I emailed and there is a number to call. Please get new bedside lamps! They are rechargeable but run out fast and are too low and dim to use for reading in bed, which was a shame. No face cloths, might have been an oversight so improvised as not worth troubling a remote reception as presumed...

“Great interaction with the staff. Motel is an older style but pretty comfortable and functional. Only issues were a TV that couldn’t be connected to any service and a rooster going off at 4.30 in the morning - right outside the bedroom. At least we got an early start on the road…”

“Easy walk to the historic site”

“Easy to do the late check-in, loved the location so close to the water, and used the on-site car park which made it easy with my rental car. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. Could hear the street noise in the early morning. Overall a good experience and would stay again.”

“Spacious setting alongside the river. Convenient restaurant providing good food. Good size clean rooms.”

“Good shower and clean”

“Can't fault the stay. It was good and convenient. It was a bit difficult to find the reception area but we managed to find it.”

“all good, clean and friendly ”

“I was given the wrong room”

“Cheap and cheerful, very eclectic (which suits me). The staff were lovely and helpful. Microwave in the room was great so we could make good coffees in the morning.”

“La esterilla incorporada en el colchón fue una grata sorpresa”

“Excelente ubicación y muy bueno en general ”

“This is an older property, that shows its age. I stayed in a room that was part of the main tower building; the room was a nice size and clean. I really appreciated the fridge and microwave + dishes provided. The front receptionist was lovely and kind, I felt so lucky to be able to check in early which afforded me more time to explore. The motel is about a 10 minute bus from Hobart cbd but there are so many bus stops nearby and with the public transit being free it was dead east to get to town....

“Great area easy access by uber or bus, staff good, cleaning could be better (found some dirty spots in room) ”

“No es de decoración actual, pero lo tienen impecable. Espacioso y buena atención. ”

“Room had a musty smell. Extremely bright in the room from the lights shining in from the carpark & the sun in the morning (so pack an eye mask). Walls are thin - can hear your neighbours & cars. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the room & there was no housekeeping so I had to go buy some. Bed was relatively comfortable & shower good - which is all I really needed. 15 min walk to Salamanca square. So decent location if weather is good.”

“Great Location, easy walking distance to everything you need, very clean and quite place to stay ,easy parking , friendly helpful staff member, nice easy walkin tracks around the building”

“Property is fantastic - on the older side, but very well maintained. Owner was super helpful. Only downside is the distance from the cruises.”

“La cama es cómoda y tiene esterillas eléctricas. Esperábamos encontar una habitación en mucho peor estado, pero nos sorprendió, aunque lis muebles son antiguos , todo está muy limpio. El personal es amable y no está a mucha distancia del centro. La única pega es que cierra a las 20h la recepción.... También hay que pensar que a partir de esta hora poco queda abierto en el pueblo.”
