South Harbor Hacienda Peach Palm Villa

Ubicado en la tranquila South Harbour Village, a solo minutos de la playa (2 millas), los huéspedes tienen acceso a la piscina, el campo de golf par 3, la rampa para botes en el interior de la costa, peluquería y manicura, terapeutas de masaje, alquileres y viajes de buceo, puerto deportivo, parque y restaurantes a poca distancia (1/4 a 1/2 milla)! Interior limpio y moderno con ropa de cama orgánica que se lava con detergentes libres de químicos. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size, tocador, TV. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y una bañera. Dormitorio # 2, tiene una cama queen size con vestidor y pequeña sala de estar. Dormitorio # 3 tiene un rey o se puede dividir en 2 gemelos) con una cómoda. Los productos de limpieza utilizados también son libres de químicos. Para divertirse en el agua, tenemos (2) kayaks que puede poner en la rampa para botes a aproximadamente 1/4 de milla por la carretera y cruceros por la playa para navegar por el vecindario o hacia la piscina: para el verdadero aventurero, puede pedalear a la playa que está a 2 millas del primer acceso a la playa que tiene una ducha para enjuagarse antes de volver a casa. Great Stay!

We loved our stay here and would book again! The property owners were great and the house had everything we needed! A couple of takeaways that may help others. Bring mosquito repellant so you can enjoy the nice patio. We bring our dog crate on every trip, they have an extra large one here. They do have bicycles which is wonderful but you can't really use them to get to the beach from this location, you will need to drive. If you want free beach parking go over the bridge and straight through the red light 3 or so miles. Little parking lot on the right and has a shower to rinse off. I hope this one stays free a long time. Parking adds up ridiculously! If I was able to add one thing at this location it would be an extra piece of seating in the den space for larger families to watch movies and play games but we made it work with a couple of dining chairs. The fenced in back yard is a really nice privacy fence and really helpful with fur babies!! Great place and a reasonable price at a time when its hard to find that!

Overdue Beach Trip

Wow! I am thrilled to say that our rental was everything we hoped for. Our vacation plans started with trying to find a place that will accommodate our two furry friends. This was an excellent choice. Having a beautiful fenced yard made this vacation possible since we will not leave our pups home. The house is in a beautiful community minutes from a dog park. Bonus! This house and community is centrally located from all of our destinations. We wanted the beach, to visit Southport, and Bald Head Island. We were within very short minutes of all! Another bonus! We enjoyed Oak Island beach and Caswell Beach for the sunsets and the lighthouse. Both within minutes of the house. The accommodations were very comfortable. It felt like home. I loved the spacious kitchen! We balanced cooking in with eating out. We fit comfortably at the dining table for family meals. We loved that! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our party of six! The master bathroom shower was a highlight with the two shower heads. The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable. The living room was a nice space to unwind after our long days. The only suggestion would be to add more seating for six people. The couch and recliner fit 4 comfortably. Maybe an extra chair or loveseat. All in all a great space. The extras need mentioning. The bikes were great, and the beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful to access. We didn’t have to pack those beach necessities! We will definitely come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated home! The location is close to Oak Island and Caswell Beaches, as well as Southport's restaurants and shops. We loved taking the kayaks for a paddle in the nearby Intercoastal Waterway. The fenced yard was a great place for the dog and kids to play. The hosts provide so many extras - a nice selection of coffees, special bath products, and organic linens - just to name a few!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in South Harbour. We adore this area! There is nothing better than Caswell Beach, Southport and Oak island. Debs place is nothing but clean and comfortable and it’s in a great location to visit all our favorite places with pool access as a bonus. We really enjoyed having an enclosed backyard for our kids and Deb was a wonderful host! We hope to visit again!

Great family home in convenient neighborhood

Perfect location close to beaches, Southport, Caswell Beach and fab restaurants. Joseph's and Rusty Hooks were excellent. 2 couples and a dog had a great stay. Owners were super hospitable. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

From the moment we arrived to the property everything was immaculately clean and quite beautifully decorated. The owners have taken great care to ensure you have most anything you could need to make your vacation wonderful. The only "issue" we had was that the listing seemed to be out of date. It was stated to have 3 bedrooms (which it did) and 1 of the bedrooms was supposed to have a bed that could be split into 2, however it did not. That was not a major for us as I just had my 2 youngest children share the bed. Also, only the master bedroom and living room has a TV. Again, this was not a major concern for us. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the home was outstanding in most every way. We would highly recommend this rental for another trip.

Home Away from Home

We loved our time in this home. It truly felt like home! It was clean and comfortable. The homeowners were easily accessible if we needed them. Quick to answer and reply to any questions we had. Great rental!!!

We loved this vacation rental! The house was beautiful and conveniently located to all of our favorite places. The pool was a short walk away and we loved watching the sky divers right across the street! We also enjoyed the park as well as dinner at Rusty Hooks. This was one of our favorite trips and we hope to be back again!

Excellent spot!

This house was a great find for us! We chose it because of the pet friendly fenced in backyard but found it to be so much more. It's a perfect location....address is Southport but it's right before you cross the bridge onto Oak Island. Minutes from several beach accesses, nice community pool, lots of extras in the kitchen....will definitely be back!

Heavenly Stay

My family and I could not have picked a better place to stay! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! It was the most relaxing place to be after a day at the beach! This home is so close to OKI and Southport! We had so many options of what to do! We will definitely stay here again!

Couldn't be better!

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway from the winter weather. We were very happy with the property and the property owners were very responsive. The fenced-in yard is great if you have a pet - don't have to leash up every time they go out!!

Great house and location

This is a beautifully decorated house and we had and a great stay. It is literally 5 mins from a really nice beach and close to grocery stores snd restaurants. The owners wer great and we appreciate their attention to detail in an array of areas like the quality of sheets and towels, ample supply of soap, kitchen supplies and things we ended uo needing that we didn't think we needed. It was great to have access to streaming media on all tvs like netflix and Amazon prime, which made the stay much more enjoyable. We loved the extra recreational items in the garage like bikes and kayaks, life vests and other items that made our stay evwn more magical. Lastly, the book they left with guidance garbage instructions, local amenities, restaurants, etc. My teenage daughter said that it was one of the best trips we have taken!
