“Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!”

“We bought our family tickets to a concert in Nashville and needed a place for all of us and 2 pets. The place was a little off the beaten path, but I was aware when booking and we loved having the peaceful location. It is also closer than you would think to some really good restaurants and shopping. “It was very spacious for 6 adults and 1 infant. We all enjoyed playing pool on the pool table and enjoyed the hot tub . We enjoyed the arcade game room we also did an Easter egg hunt inside and outside in the nice size back yard .very close to stores and near by stuff .se would definitely come back again”

“We have used this location a few times and it is always great, the hosts are great as well. ”

“I was thoroughly impressed with this property! Our family was there to attend a surprise birthday party at an off-site facility. It was nice that we could hang out, play games in the game room, etc. and retreat to our rooms at the end of each night to sleep in very comfortable beds. Highly recommend! ”

“The place met our apace needs but when we entered it definitly had a smell like there had been animal urine that wasnt properly cleaned on the past. I would prefer a greater level of cleanliness. In addition, the instructions emailed from their evolve team was different than vrbo and different then what i was texted and different from the book in the house for checkin and check out. As such, not sure if we followed the right instructions and it made it confusing.”

“This home is is close to Fort Campbell. I was visiting my son, daughter in law and grand kids. Neighborhood was quiet. Big fenced in back yard. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks”

“The house is beautiful, clean and was stocked with everything you could need. We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening and playing pool after coming back from a day in Nashville. Very easy drive into town and only about 20 minutes away. The host is fantastic! Friendly, communicates well and very helpful!
