“Lovely property and the restaurant was great. We had a great German dinner. But the after-checkout service let it down badly. I accidentally broke a glass, reported it at checkout, and was told face-to-face it was no problem. A $10 damage charge then appeared on my card anyway. I've emailed the hotel to try to resolve it and been completely ignored. It's not the $10; it's being told one thing and charged anyway, then getting silence when you raise it. “Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday.”
