“The host was very kind. The house was clean and had great spaces for both kids and adults to visit with each other. The outside and landscaping looked nice. The throw blankets and pillows were a great asset. The neighborhood was very quiet and it is close to everything. We plan to visit again!”

“The house smelled like a dog. I was informed the back yard was off limits due to a service dog there (Rottweiler).The host was living in a camper in the back yard while we were supposed to be there. I say supposed because we never stayed a night there because of the conditions. Ended up at the Hampton Inn. AI pictures should not be allowed to be used on VRBO because this one does not represent what you will be staying in.”

“Pictures make it look decent, but it's a dump in a terrible neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the listing like me. I found a very nice resort for like 10 more per night and left early.”

“We utilized Pargie's Place for our trip to Universal with 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Kitchen space was great, 2 beds, 1 bunkbed, and air mattress was great for everyone. Coffee maker, washer & dryer, cooking utensils, and plenty of bath towels many other amenities. Communication was top notch responding within minutes and most certainly within the hour if we had any questions. I would recommend Pargie's Place for any family going to Universal.”

“Dont rent from this user. They listed a fake property in an apartment complex that doesn't allow subletting. No communication with owner with me or the vrbo customer support, complete refusal of contact. Never got checked in, fully refunded though so props to the vrbo staff.”
