“Endroit calme, environnement agréable.”

“It’s a fantastic hotel and location but what msj s this hotel so unique and fantastic are its employees. They are serviceable. Friendly and really go out of their way to make your stay a wonderful one. Special thanks to Tibo, Jennifer, Pauline and the kitchen personnel!”

“Lítil þjónusta. Enginn starfsmaður á staðnum nema i morgunmat. Sagt er að hotel hafi bar og veitingastað ...en hvoru tveggja var lokað þessa 5 daga sem við dvöldum. Því var nauðsyn að keyra í bæinn eftir mat og drykk. Það var ekki samkvæmt okkar plani. Ég vil að það standist það sem auglýst er.”

“The location close to the port was important with ferry access but it was nice to be able to walk around the historical port area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful- I had not had lunch and was starving - they graciously made me a snack (it was not free but I was grateful). They also made a great dinner recommendation in close proximity. The previous night the area was involved in protests and I felt very safe as a female solo traveler.”

“Good service but really low quality stay”

“Situacion maravillosa en una playa fabulosa...habitaciones todas dan al mar. Precioso. Solo q councidimos con el coronavirus y no podian dar el servicio desayumo cena normal...en bolsas de picnic por ley francesa. Hicieron lo q pudieron y cumplieron y no nos dejaron sin.comer ”

“It would have been interesting to know the cleaning conditions and the situation of the rooms of this hotel in advance. Our room where on the top of the hill and it was not comfortable to go and come back from it to the restaurant, pool, beach, car park... If you know it, you could ask for a more convenient room. About cleaning conditions, it's important to know that they only clean the room every 4 o 5 days (at least). If you don't worry about that, then this could be your hotel. The...

“One hour by car via a wonderful lush mountain pass, les galets rouges is an oasis of calm and refinement on the caribbean sea, gorgeous sunset on waterfront nearby.”

“Es perfecto el hotel!”

“Residence de vacances tres adaptee pour les familles. Attention l'acces à la plage n'est pas direct et les grilles de l'acces ferment apres 19:00. ”

“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”

“Spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool! Very friendly staff. ”

“At check-in pretty friendly reception, later not friendly. May be a language problem. Unfortunately I don’t speak French. There was a lot of noice in the property… either way I would never go back there. ”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The pictures of this accommodation are false advertisement. On arrival there was a musky damp smell in which a candle was lit in attempts to mask the smell. COCKROACH infested in every room, when communication was made to the host he ignored this and had a cleaner to kill them with her slipper. This accommodation is moldy, smelly and not worth the money. AVOID!!!!”
