“Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well...

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was clean and had a fantastic location. We were looking for a low-key long weekend and this fit our needs perfectly. We really were just a short walk from the beach. The section of beach was beautiful and not crowded. We appreciated the beach towels and the washer/dryer unit with our beach days!
