At check-in, we did not notice the sign in reception that you need to ask for a room refresh (before noon) We needed clean cups, glasses, tbags, but we asked in the pub on the second day and all were provided. The only downside is there isn’t really anywhere in the bathroom to dry towel on a two night stay, so maybe best to ask for refresh Excellent value for money”

“The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit.”

Moqueta que daba grima. El el baño no cabía de pie, y en la ducha, casi no puedes ni girarte de tan pequeña que es. Insonorización inexistente. En la recepción los pies se quedaban pegados al suelo. Desayuno muy escaso, muy poca variedad. Lo único aceptable, la comodida de la cama era buena. Sí, fue barato,...

“What a fantastic hotel. Location was great, right in the middle of it all. Room was great with loads of room. The room Needs coat hangers and some draws for clothes as we had to live out of our bags. Up date the blinds, apart from this we would stay again. Breakfast room was great as well, just get cups that fit in the coffee machine. The staff assisted us straight away when asked. All done through WhatsApp. WiFi was brilliant”

“What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!”

“The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. ”

“The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...
