Durante mi estancia en La Quinta Orem (marzo 2026), el staff de housekeeping robó el contenido de mis perfumes y los relleno con agua. Comente la situación con los managers y a pesar de darles la evidencia no me dieron ninguna solución y dijeron que no había ningún responsable su única respuesta fue ofrecerme un rembolso de $30 cuando mis perfumes tenían un valor de $430"
