  • Peaceful and welcoming three bedroom/one and half bath home sits on a quiet street and is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, walking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, the freeway and approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Spokane and CDA. Guests will enjoy access to a large backyard and covered patio during their stay. Large and bright living room/dining room area greets guest upon entering the home. Dining area features a table with 6 chairs and a leaf to add space if needed for more guests. Living room has a comfy couch perfect for lounging, chatting or playing games during your stay. Full Kitchen is equipped with Quartz Countertops, Dishes for 8 and pots and pans for all your cooking needs. Primary Bedroom Suite offers a King Size Bed and private half bath. Second and Third Bedroom both offer Queen Beds. Full Main bathroom with tub/shower combo is centrally located to all bedrooms. Parking will be in driveway and street in front of home. Guests do not have access to garage. Security Camera located on front of home.

Very clean home, well stocked on everything needed, thoughtful on including extra toiletries and providing coffee. Worked out great as a place to stay during our family reunion

One of the better homes we’ve stayed at. Everything you could want was available and great communication by the host. We’ll be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, welcoming and had everything that you need. It was centrally located and in a quiet community. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Sarah!

We came to Spokane for a volleyball tournament and we were very happy with the location of this property. Sarah the owner was and has been great to work with. It was clean and it had lots of linens and towels and was comfortable. Would stay again if we are in the area!

Sarah was prompt with her response if I contacted her. Beds were alittle firm but we had no trouble sleeping on them. Plenty of extra blankets, towels. We would stay again.

Quiet and Peaceful

Great home to stay in during some family visits in the area. We really appreciated the plethora of towels, coffee, body & hair soap, toilet paper, extra garbage bags in the garbage cans , games, and very cutely decorated home. . Having our own space to meet family or take a break from family was just what we needed. Many thanks to Sarah!!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for us. We were in town for a wedding reception and needed a place for our family of 5. The three bedrooms were great and the kitchen allowed us to cook our meals. It was not far from the freeway so it was very convenient to get to different locations. Sarah was great to work with and quick to reply to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place.

Extremely clean house in a lovely neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. There was everything we needed in the house. Lots of extra soft blankets and even coffee and creamer!! I highly recommend this house and we plan of booking again in the future!!

The living room and dining room were big. The kitchen was good size and very functional. The bedrooms were large as well. Everything was very clean. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very convenient to amenities. It was very comfortable for my family. There was a nice patio out back.The host was very communicative and responsive. Thank you for such an awesome stay.

We had a great experience. Sarah was a great and very responsive host. There was an abundance of towels and nice linens. I found the beds comfortable but some may think they are a little on the hard side. The location is very convenient. I used to live in spokane valley and this place is right in the middle of a lot of stuff but not noisy at all! There is an elementary school with a great playground right down the road, very walkable distance. I had two little kids with me and I appreciated that the house didn’t have a ton of breakables and they had a few games which is always a huge plus for our family. I would stay here again without question.

Just like home.

The home was as advertised: clean, comfortable and spacious. Our host was exceptional and very accommodating. If I had any questions, she answered, right away. I will look to book this home again with my family next basketball season. The location was great, nice quiet neighborhood.

This home had everything we needed for an 8 day stay. The owners provided all the necessary amenities. Soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms laundry and dish soap. The house was extremely clean. They had ac but also included powerful fans to help keep the air moving on hot days. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay with two little kids and two adults was lovely. Sarah was a great host and very responsive and helpful. The home was equipped with plenty of simple but sweet amenities like shampoo, plenty of coffee and hot cocoa pods, an abundance of towels, and plenty more. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and soft sheets. A major bonus for us was there were a few games in a cupboard and not a lot of breakables since we had two little kids. The location is super convenient. If you know Spokane Valley at all this is a very central location to a ton of stuff. Also somewhat split between CDA and Spokane; close to the airport as well (25mins). This was such an easy and comfortable stay if that makes sense.

Excellent experience all around

We highly recommend this home. Communication with Sarah was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the many special touches that are added to make this home comfortable. Comfy blankets, good quality towels and a kitchen that is stocked with cheerful dishes, great coffee choices, etc., etc. Sarah gets 5 stars without a doubt. Thank you!
