Plenty of parking in the street and also a long driveway that fits 3 vehicles. Free Wifi. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Enjoy your time in this wonderful one level cottage.

Everything was clean. Hot tub stayed hot. AC cold. Convenient location for everything we did over the weekend. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised except the added fees. Quoted price was given which said it included all fees then when paying, I was charged 104 in cleaning and service fees

This little place has been thoroughly enjoyed over the years and it shows. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so a reasonably priced house with more room than a hotel, kitchen, and laundry was ideal. House was clean with all the necessary items and a nice shady front yard. Temps were high 90’s so didn’t use the hot tub. Neighborhood is a bit run down but very quiet and pleasant. About 15mins to both Gonzaga and Whitworth Universities.

The rooms were set up nicely and the overall experience was comfortable and low-key. The neighborhood was quiet and Lana was very responsive to our comments. Conveniently located and a solid value for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations are simple but everything you could need is there! The hotub was absolutely wonderful! So nice to sit in the warm water and enjoy the cool and beautiful outdoors in Washington!

It was a cute and clean place. It seemed to be run down a tad, but nothing horrible. There was a lamp that was hanging on by it’s wires, the coffee grinder didn’t work, and there was a fence open in the back yard that was full of weeds and trash, which was unappealing and interesting. Air filter for the a/c was noticeably dirty and not cleaned.Overall it was decent and nothing bad, just needs some attention.

Silverwood Fun

We had an incredible stay. The house was perfect in size since we spent all of our time in silverwood really only used it to sleep. Communicating with property management was super easy and made sure to make our stay lovely. Would definitely stay again or recommend this property to someone else.

A perfect home base for a weekend stay.

We stayed here for the weekend of my sister's graduation. The yard was perfect for the dog and the hottub was a nice respite.

My sister, both our husbands and our mom stayed here with our doggos and had a wonderful time! Super clean & comfortable! Backyard is adorable and hot tub was great!

The house was clean and comfortable and met all of our expectations although the chemical levels in the hot tub were off and irritated our eyes and skin, and we were unable to really utilize it.

Hottub didnt work, utility shut off notice on the door. Batteries in the remote were chewed on by a gremlin. BUT there were plenty of towels, used every one

Fun stay in a cute little home!

We had so much fun here between the hot tub and it being New Year’s Eve and getting to see fireworks from the hot tub outside.

Wrestling tournament

We weren’t at house much but was nice to come home and soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. Small house, decent location, easy to communicate with.

Home was very cute and a good location but the bed in the main room was not comfy. We also couldn't use the television because the internet was messed up. The back yard didn't have a light to navigate to the hot tub safely.
