“Amazing property! Our party of 10 ranged in age from 3 to 80. The spacious, clean, comfortable house and ample amenities offered something for everyone, giving us all the freedom to enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was well equipped, and we made good use of the backyard barbecues, pool/waterslide, play equipment, and fire pit. Host was very attentive, answering questions promptly by text. “Property was as described.. we had a minor issue upon arrival which was immediately addressed.Chris answered our call immediately and as I said problem resolved. The only reason for the one 4 star was those hills. With that said the view from the deck was awesome. The theater room is fantastic ”

“I’m a local of San Diego. My home was tented for termites and my 3 cats plus 4 working adults with 4 cars needed a place to stay for 3 days. Cats loved this place better than my own home LOL! Plenty of parking and the home was cute and comfortable. Price per day was excellent. Check in and check out was super easy. This home exceeded my expectations. My family loved the comforters on the beds and the rooms. Thanks for listing this place!!!”

“9/27/25..Reservation confirmed 10/7/25..Email..keys to your trip received10/10/25..Called host to state we hadn’t received process to enter the property and was told it wasn’t 4:00 p.m. yet10/10/25..Arrived at 9:30 p.m. to find the property occupied. Was told by the occupants that they had extended their stay and showed us the text. Spent 1 hour on the phone with the host to which he stated our reservation showed “pending”. We then proceeded to a nearby hotel.”
