“The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. “Heat not working upon arrival. Maintenance spent an hour to finally get it going. And brought an oil heater for backup. After that, Heat/ac worked ONLY because we were the only ones in our set of cabins. It will never work properly when there are others occupied and one wants heat while the other may want a/c. Wrong type of mini splits for this application. ”

Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...
