“We will definitely stay here again ! Our room was perfect!! the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than we expected it had a gorgeous jacuzzi tub and surprised us with a welcome basket the mini fridge was stocked with water and soda. Attention was paid to every single detail . The room has a porch with chairs to over look the street below and also a private garden seating area with water feature everything was absolutely perfect. ”

“This is the second time we stayed at the carriage house. Just as wonderful as it was the first time. The home is clean, beautiful, quiet and very nicely decorated. It’s in a location that makes all of the Bentonville town Square walkable close to walking trails close to restaurants etc”

“Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...

“We came to Rogers for a wedding and found this great little carriage house. The place was modern with free WiFi and had tons of charm. The hostess had gone the extra mile with all her special touches. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. Some of our favorite things were the phenomenal shower and super comfy bed! We’ve already decided that when we come again we will book this place for sure!”
