Should have disclosed a pet fee charge as part of the contract when booking. There's no disclosure and a day after check out, a random charge for a pet fee was added. This property owner said it's not hidden, but who's to what the actual fee can be because there's nothing in the description of a set fee!! I have no pet fee issues, but when they're upfront and part of the rental agreement!! So beware of an unknown pet fee and no disclosure of how much that charge will be.
Also, clean attempt sith the home but carpets were black, tape holding flooring down by the front door, smoke detectors not affixed to the ceilings so wires hanging down. Smoke detectors randomly placed in the rooms but one dying and no batteries to change it out and I should have checked if the other ones even worked.
Neighborhood is what it is....dirty with trash all over. Fairly quiet but active in and out traffic with home across the street. Not an area to hang it around.
I was just there to sleep and tried to spend as little time as possible there. Perfect for that set up, but I wouldn't advise to rent if you want to spend extended time in the area.
