However I was refunded, but this did not compensate the inconvenience caused.on my second night I didn't sleep because there were very noisy drunk German students having a party until 3AM. “The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on.
