Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa de playa en mal estado y elegante, a 3 cuadras de la hermosa playa de San Agustín.

Tres habitaciones, 2 con camas king size y una con una reina, todas con cómodas sábanas y edredones.

Dos baños, uno con ducha / bañera y otro con ducha (en el dormitorio principal).

Ducha exterior para enjuagar la playa.

Se proporcionan bicicletas de playa, sillas, sombrillas, tablas de surf, enfriador de bebidas y chaleco salvavidas para perros.

Bellamente decorada con madera de cedro de origen local.

Puerta de granero de cedro muy pesada y a prueba de sonido entre dos dormitorios.

Perfect location, so close to the beach. Felt very safe and secure, enough space for parking. Beach chairs broke so we replaced 2 of them, indoor seating wasn’t very comfortable but was enough for us. There were a few bugs but that’s probably normal in FL. Plenty of towels for indoor use & separate ones for the beach. AC worked well, showers had good pressure, outdoor hose to rinse off feet & sandy things.

Easy check in. Well equipped kitchen. Great location that was a short walk to the beach and several eateries. We also appreciated the beach chairs that were provided! We had one question during our stay and the host responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Couple get away

We had a great time. The house was just as advertised. I loved the shutters in the house, that allowed more sleep time. I also loved having a removable shower head, it made washing easier. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but it is still a walk to get to the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend beach getaway!

We celebrated 3 birthdays this weekend, and this house was the perfect place! Close enough to walk to the beach with all beach supplies provided. Clean home. Big enough for all us ladies to sit and chat, and cook one of our meals in! Supplies were great in the kitchen area with what we needed! We laughed, talked, walked, and enjoyed our beach time and beautiful St Augustine! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Location not as close to beach as you might think. Its a 20 minute walk from house to a actual Beach sitting area, you deal with vehicle traffic tracks in sand trying to get to beach. The sand dunes are long. Box springs in bedrooms make to much noise need to be replaced.House is clean, nice and cute. I recommend it if your not planning to go to beach everyday. If you are it's to long of a hike for everyday beach fun. Plenty of other options are available in area closer to the Beach!

Great stay!

Booked for myself, husband and child (8mon). After booking, it ended up also including my parents and brother. I sent the host a message and she was very kind and accommodating. The place was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach every day. The house was well stocked with cooking equipment, towels, ect... When we had questions, the responses were very fast. It was a very relaxing stay and would love to stay here again! Thank you so much!

Amazing house for a beach vacation!

We absolutely loved this Vrbo rental and it is about 2 blocks from the beach and is an easy walk to the beach! We also cooked often while staying and the kitchen has pretty much all the utensils, pots and pans, and cooking supplies that you need. The bedrooms were super nice and beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the living room space and the whole house was very clean. We appreciated having beach supplies in the garage as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Enjoyable vacation near the ocean !

The house was comfortable, in a nice neighborhood within walking distance from the beach. Very nicely decorated interior and enjoyable outdoor seating on front and rear sides of the house. We also enjoyed watching and listening to the birds!

Schönes Strandhaus

Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist sehr groß und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. In der Garage gibt es viele Utensilen für den Strand das ist wirklich toll. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee, Spühlutensilen waren vorhanden. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Schiebetür verbunden.

Perfect Beach House - Pet Approved

**Review of Our Beach House Stay** We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beach house, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spacious and impeccably clean, providing plenty of room for our family of four, including our dog. One of the highlights was the array of games available, which kept us entertained during our downtime. The beach equipment provided—chairs, umbrellas, and toys—was a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even more enjoyable. Location-wise, the house was just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and we loved being close to a few bars and restaurants for easy dining options. Plus, the dog-friendly beaches were a major bonus; it was wonderful to have our furry friend with us on vacation. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future! Highly recommended for families looking for a beach getaway.

Cute Gem at the Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our end of the summer long weekend at 206 C Street. The property was so cute and spacious! The living room/ dining area was large as was each bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed also. We enjoyed our time at the beach and hanging out at this property in the late afternoon on the back patio feeling the afternoon seabreezes. It was nice to have a gas grill to cook when we didn't want to eat out.The neighborhood around is a quite peaceful place to walk as well. Great stay!
