My sisters and I stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Location was perfect, close to everything, we walked to our concert at the amphitheater. Lisa was the perfect host, responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure we had a great experience. Communication was easy and check-in and out were seamless. We will absolutely be staying again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and fun stay!

This is an exceptional house and the owners are wonderful and answer you promptly. Besides being in an outstanding area, the house has everything you need. We had six people who slept and played games in this large beautiful home. We definitely will be back and recommend this house. Thank you Lisa and Skip.

Lisa is a 5-Star host. She is a great communicator, always timely in responses to any questions. Lisa also provides great information on the things to see and do in the St. Augustine area, which is very helpful.The house is beautiful, super clean and stocked with everything you need, including bicycles and items for the beach. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. The Anastasia State Park in right out the back door. It is so calming to sit on the lanai with a drink and listen to the many different birds.This was an awesome trip for us. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone, from just couples to families!

Stunning home and location

The home is stunning. Confertible beds, updated appliances, all the the technology one needs and I think everything was included - just pack a toothbrush. The location is perfect. Walkable to the beach short drive to downtown. We really look forward to coming back. Lisa was super responsive and happy to help. Highly recommend you next vacation be here

Christmas Stay

We had such a great time celebrating Christmas in St. Augustine at this house. The house is beautiful and everything we needed was readily at hand. The owners are so kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Great Find!

Visited St Augustine with my wife, two dogs, and elderly parents. This home is beautifully renovated and very clean, located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to both the beach and historic downtown. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The hosts were very quick to reply to any of my questions. Would stay here again!

Girls weekend at concert.

The house is spectacular and location unmatched. Attended a concert and explored Anastasia State Park. Very close to downtown St Augustine with great restaurants and shopping. Cant wait to come back!!

Perfect Retreat

This beautiful home was perfectly located in a quiet spot but convenient to all activities! Beautiful beaches, great farmer’s market and entertainment at the amphitheater! So close to downtown too! We enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning with family and friends!

Above and beyond our expectations!

This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in St. Augustine. Skip and Lisa have went above and beyond to think of everything. I felt right at home with all the essentials and they thought of lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. This house is beautiful! It has a lot of comfortable seating and the lanai was a great place to enjoy coffee and have a relaxing morning. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed using the grill for a family cookout. The beach is nice and close and the beach chairs and towels were provided! Lisa was quick to communicate and was so kind! I can't say enough about how great this property is. I hope we'll be back in STA and able to stay again.

Beautiful home - close to everything

My family enjoyed staying at Skip & Lisa's beautiful rental home. They thought of everything from providing comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen to bikes we could ride through their quiet, cozy neighborhood.. Our check in was easy and they even left recommendations on their favorite beach spots. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!!

The perfect stay in St Augustine! 5 stars!

My immediate family traveled down to visit my aunt and cousins, to celebrate my mothers 65th birthday. I could not have asked for a better place! The property was clean, beautifully designed, had tons of information about the area and local things to do which made our trip so enjoyable. This vrbo had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The small details such as bathrooms with make-up mirrors and towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash, desks in each bedroom, comfortable beds with clean soft linens, full length mirrors, bicycles, numerous board games, and a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful appliances made for a great place to come back to after a day of exploring. Lisa and Skip were also easy to communicate with and helped answer any questions we had very quickly! They were great and friendly hosts. They even let us check in a little early and check out a little later given our flight times. We definitely plan to come back and stay here during our next family visit. I would give this property a 5 star rating and I highly recommend staying here!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Chilla Villa! The home was sparkling clean and furnished beautifully, from the well stocked kitchen to the very comfy beds. The location was perfect. We could ride bikes to the beach or drive to old St Augustine in minutes. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible Stay at La Villa Chilla in St. Augustine!!

What an incredible stay at La Villa Chilla in St. Augustine. The home was meticulously cleaned and maintained, which immediately put my mind at ease. You could tell that the owner took great pride in ensuring that every nook and cranny was spotless. The interior of the home was amazing. It was beautifully decorated, and attention to detail was evident. The home has a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We all slept like babies and then enjoyed coffee on the screened in lanai in the mornings. The location of the home can’t be beat. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but the icing on the cake was that Anastasia State Park and its g beach gorgeous were right behind the house. What's more, the convenience of being able to walk to the amphitheater and having access to bikes provided by the owner added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. It allowed me to explore the area at my own pace and truly immerse myself in the local culture. Speaking of the owner, Lisa was super friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this property. I'm already looking at my calendar to book my return trip because this experience was nothing short of fantastic.
