The home needed to be stock with the necessities required ro keep property clean… there was 1/2 a roll of paper towels for the entire house, no one yea trash bags, and partial roll of toilet paper on each bathroom

We utilixed this whole property: all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, both kitchens, both living rooms and even the rooftop sitting area (though the weather was mostly windy & rainy).

Great location easy to get to beach, huge house was able to spread out with young kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Kookaburra coffee shop was very close as was A1A Burrito brothers. Property Manager easy to communicate with and answered all our questions.

The location was great, so close to the beach and there was a little coffee shop right at the end of the street within walking distance. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close, and of course the town of St Augustine was a great place to visit. The deck on the roof was great. We were able to see dolphins in the water from the deck. There was plenty of room for a large family reunion. We lucked out and the weather was hot but a short walk to the beach was a cure for that..The AC worked very well.It was not the cleanest place, and it needed some upkeep.The grill was not clean enough to use, and the sinks and showers did not drain very well. The dishwasher didn't get the dishes super clean, so it probably needed cleaned out. But the management team was very attentive!

This was an amazing property for a beach vacation for a large family. We had so much fun and were able to walk to the beach within 2 minutes. There were many restaurants and rental bike/surf board places to walk to also. Would recommend this place to anyone 10/10!!

Excellent stay at a well-located beach house with stunning ocean views, just 2 minutes from the beach. The property was clean and well-equipped with beach chairs and towels. Outstanding management company with responsive communication. Minor suggestion to provide more starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent tablets). Highly recommend both the property and management company for future St. Augustine visits.Key highlights: Great location, ocean views, cleanliness, responsive management, adequate beach amenities, memorable experience.One improvement: Increase quantity of starter household supplies for longer stays.

Excellent location for our yearly girls trip

This property worked out well for us with 2 living spaces and kichens. We spent most of the time on the lower level for conveniece. A very short walk to the beach and drive to A1A.The propery manager was always very quickly responsive to our questions and requests. A special thank you to Jon, who came over one day to give the outdoor grill a good cleaning!A couple of suggestions: go through the beach gear. A lot of it should be replaced. We wound up buying 4 new chairs for our group of 7. A beach cart would be very helpful for the walk to the beach. A designated recycle container would be helpful in the downstairs kitchen. The back yard needs some TLC. Would be nice to have a mirror in the downstairs bedroom.Overall, we had a great stay!

Great location and good for large group

We were a group of 6 older women on a girls trip. The location was perfect.....just a few houses from the beautiful beach and short Uber ride into down town. The house is a two family home, and we rented both units. Took off a star because of a few little things.....could have used a few more chairs on the porch, the upstairs kitchen wasn't very well stocked (had to "borrow" some items from the downstairs kitchen) and the beach chairs/umbrellas have definitely seen better days. Over all though, was a good experience...beds were comfy and location was perfect.

Nine ladies gathered for our long time college reunion, coming from various locations. The house suited our needs perfectly - great spaces for gathering and adequate sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. Close to the beach and restaurants was a plus for lovely walks.

Great stay right by the beach!

We had a family get together and this was a perfect place to stay right next to the beach! The walk to the beach was so easy and we really enjoyed the views the house gave us. The two floors worked out perfectly, as we could use the bottom floor for the youngest kids (one of them under 2) and didn’t have to worry about the stairs. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us to feel comfortable. There were really no negatives, only a couple minor things like some dishes were very dirty and the downstairs floor looked clean but left us with dirty feet - but it in no way hindered our stay. Honestly, we had the best time and we would absolutely stay here again!

Sea Casa - Great Location and House

Amazing location and space for a bunch of friends to get together. The location is perfect only a handful of houses from the entrance to the beach. The lookout gave us an ocean view where some beachfront houses couldn’t see the ocean because of the dunes. The house is great for a large group or large family. Two full separate living areas and tons of room. Walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants from either the beach or road. Highly recommended!

Fun weekend getaway!

The house is super cool. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach, to a coffee shop, several food establishments and ice cream shop. Also very convenient to downtown and to the amphitheater. Very roomy, and the split floor was awesome for two families with different habits. Great stay!

Fantastic Property

My family, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach house. Great roof deck, and it was beneficial to have 2 kitchens in the house; we used the upstairs one primarily for coffee and breakfast, while downstairs was for gatherings and dinner. Plenty of towels and linens were provided, even for our rather large group. We felt safe and secure here, with easy access to the beach, the bars and restaurants in the small beach community and even downtown was just a short Uber ride away. One item I would recommend for improvement, which isn't even really a drawback (we generally liked the decor / ambiance), is to decrease the decorations on countertops / tables / surfaces to improve usability as we had to move lots of it around in order to make space. Also, be weary of some loose tiles in the back patio area. Overall great time that contributed to a ton of fantastic memories, can't wait to visit again!

Thanksgiving with Family

The house is perfectly set up for multi family and multi age groups with 2 kitchens and 2 family rooms. everything you need to make your stay comfortable was readily available. The bedrooms vary in sizes and types of beds which gives you flexibility. Loved having the tv screen welcome message and coupons ready to use around the area. The outdoor space is small but has a grill and beach stuff.

Great location and great host

This place was great. Loved that there are actually 2 living spaces and kitchens which was great for us. The host was extremely responsive and was always very kind. Place was very clean and within walking distance to great restaurants AND the beach!!! We would definitely stay her again.
