Beachers 421: stunning oceanfront, steps to pool, pet friendly.

  • This charming condo boasts oceanfront views, easy walking access to the beach via a private dune walkover, swimming pool, and is close to so much more. It is a short 10 minute drive to the Old City. Forty five minutes puts you into Jacksonville to the North and Daytona Beach to the South. It's just 2 hours to Orlando, and an hour to Gainesville as well!
    This is a "King" Beachers Lodge 50% larger than most Beachers lodge condos.
    The condo itself is wonderfully decorated with coastal charm, and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked for your small meals, the bedroom has all new linens and pillows, and cable tv and wifi are included as well.
    There are shared grilling areas, room to bring your small trailer (bike week please!), and dog walking areas on the property. There are also several excellent dining choices within five minutes of the condo, and some outstanding shopping options within the same area.
    Dogs up to 40lbs ok with approval, and additional cleaning fee.

Was some issues with getting the key as was not sure where to pick up, elevators were a bit clunky and bring hair dryer as there is not one despite advertising there is (contact never got back to us on that issue). Beaches were great and view from balcony too. Very good on accomodationg dog.

Beautiful ocean views!! The condo was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and there were ample pillows. Lots of towels and wash cloths provided which was important to us for a week long stay. We had trouble with the screen door (doesn't stay on the track) which was a bummer because we like to listen to the waves in the evening but had to keep the door closed. Overall it was a great stay and we would gladly stay here again. This is the 4th year we've rented a condo here and this unit is by far the biggest one we've stayed in

Everything was Great! It was in a really good location, the place was immaculate. We were really comfortable and the ocean front balcony was perfect. Our host was accommodating, which was great becauae our flight was delayed over two hours and when I called, they said no problem and made arrangements for us to get the keys and information we needed.It was a pleasant experience, and they made our trip stress free.

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect place to getaway for a few days. The view from the balcony was beautiful and hearing the waves is so calming. It’s a short drive to St. Augustine and restaurants. We actually ate twice at Safe Harbor Seafood which it next door to the condo… so good. The condo itself was clean comfortable, just right for two.

We had a great time during our 3-day stay. 4th Floor unit with one bedroom and one kitchen/living space. Perfect for two adults and a dog. Very clean and equipped as needed. Wonderful balcony with excellent beach views. Nice community pool and walk-over to beach. Very pet friendly condo and very pet friendly beach. Key pickup and dropoff were very easy.

I have rented at this complex a number of times, and this is one of the nicer units. It's well furnished and appointed, and it has a beautiful beach view. I recommend it!

Great location and condo we loved it. Only issues were the bedroom ceiling fan didn't work which is needed in the Florida heat and tvs would not connect to apps Netflix etc. Absolutely would stay again. Very minor problems when on the beach as we're not in the room very much.

Comfortable unit, excellent view, and great location! Lots of places within walking distance, and very close to key pick up. Pool and access to the beach were great, and the ability to bring along our dog was wonderful. Beacher's has nice little pet walk area, and a smoking area (if needed). Unit was well stocked with bedding, kitchen accessories, and even some beach items. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and riding the waves. Hope we can come back soon!

Beach Retreat

Perfect for what we needed. Small place but very cute. My only suggestion would be that the door needs a deadbolt lock. Just having the basic lock did not seem very safe.
