Beacher's Lodge Mini Suite - Incluye servicio de limpieza del hotel

Este es un mini estudio único, ubicado a la vuelta de la esquina de la piscina y el acceso a la playa. La cama Murphy de tamaño queen está oculta en el armario de pared durante el día, pero por la noche se puede tirar hacia abajo para convertirla en una cómoda cama Queen. El enorme televisor de pantalla plana te mantendrá completamente entretenido en esta pequeña unidad. Puede crear un ambiente para dos en esta acogedora suite con la sutil iluminación oculta en la moldura de techo. La cocina está separada en esta habitación por una encimera de granito pulido, levante un taburete y no hay necesidad de una mesa de cocina. Este condominio tiene un enchufe de dos quemadores, un refrigerador pequeño y las comodidades básicas de cocina. El baño también fue mejorado en granito con un cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia que se extiende desde el techo. Todos los que se quedan en el condominio 107 parecen encantados con esta MINI Studio Suite.

Room was too bright curtains would be better. Parking lot outside light kept getting in. Lack of good tv channels. In a time when everyone streams should have at least one channel like prime or Netflix.

The location was excellent! One of the ladies at check-in was a little rude. When I walked in, I said I wasn’t sure what name the room was under. I gave her both names. She said, “I have no idea what you are talking about” in a condescending tone. There were two ladies. She was the one with the lighter hair. It set a negative tone. My partner and I just made jokes that that she didn’t like the look of me. The room was a little run down. We didn’t realize how small it was. We asked if we could pay for an upgrade. She said the lodge was 100% booked. It didn’t look that way, but I could be wrong. We loved the area and location and had a great time. I gave it a lot of stars for the location. However, we will pick somewhere else next time.

Room is as close to the beach access and pool as possible. Pool is heated and perfect for swimming even when the temperatures were a little chilly. Clean, comfortable room.

We had a room on the front of the hotel so we didn't have a beach view but it was in a good location The room was clean and compact with a comfortable Murphy bed. It had basic kitchen items. I think it was a good value.

The property was amazing. We had direct access to the beach along with an amazing pool. It's just a really awesome place to stay, especially for couples for a long weekend. We had a blast and can't wait to go back.

Perfect location!!

This property was in the perfect location on Crescent Beach. Only a block away from beach access for the Jeep. There is also beach access from the condos. We loved it!!

Lack of Communication

Upon arrival our unit smelled strongly of sewage and sulfur emitting from the drains. When the maintenance crew arrived they were aware of this specific unit and the issue of the odor; they poured a solution down the drains and sprayed air freshener but the odor prevailed after leaving the room for 90 minutes. The employees at the Beacher's Lodge were extremely helpful in cancelling our stay and processing a refund without any issue, however, it was a frustrating scenario to be placed in by seeking new lodging at 8PM on the initial day of a vacation. At no point did the VRBO host reach out and attempt to find a resolution to this problem, or provide any communication on the matter. If one plans on visiting this area, I highly recommend seeking other avenues rather than go through this VRBO Host, as they have failed in every area that a Host can fail in.

When we first got there, we requested early check in and we were able to do so around 3. When we pulled the Murphy bed down, the sheets were kinda gross.. full of hair and dirty but we requested new ones and we were accommodated right away! Other than that, it’s very clean, beautiful location, and overall an amazing stay!! We will definitely stay here again!!

St. Augustine Long Weekend

Beachers Lodge property is very clean. It feels safe. We had stayed before and had expectations for condo size. This was a suite which is more like the size of a hotel room. Very clean though with updates. Our only problem was the smell of a deodorizer perhaps ? It was very strong. I looked for a plug in of some sort but nothing was found. I never found the source of the very strong smell. Some people may like that. I have asthma so it was unpleasant for me. Still overall it was just fine. I will stay at the Beachers Lodge again, but will find a larger place with the window facing the Ocean next time.

Single room, with a Murphy bed. Clean, small, and very close to the beach. This is an older place with. Small efficiency option. Not bad, AC worked and very close walk to why we went, THE BEACH!

It was okay

It's a little pricey for such a small room. We had issues with the AC that they didnt tell us we had to empty a drip pan and it flooded our room. We dealt with it for a couple days then they ended up putting a new unit in. They were very nice, though and we felt that the issue was taken care of. They even refunded us for a night. The room is a little rundown but it's fine enough for a couple day stay, not a week like we did.

Room located at intersection of 2 busy hallways. Constant noise from people walking by. Door opens onto parking lot/hwy A1A so continual car noise. Limited places to sit outdoors - pool opens late and closes before sunset. No common areas to sit other than on beach - which was beautiful. Room would be good if you had friends staying at the resort and you used for sleeping only.

Gorgeous spot. the private beach access made this stay worth it. I never received an order confirmation/itinerary email from the property which made me concerned when we were on our way there lol. the bathtub was great but i took one bath at night and the next morning the water wouldn’t heat up to shower. Thank goodness it was a cool night, because the a/c wasn’t staying on. it was a bit stuffy and hot at night because it wasn’t working. it would’ve been way more of an issue if it was summer time. the front door is basically broken. my boyfriend had to slam it hard to get it to lock and it was hard to push in when coming inside there room. the bathroom door also was an issue, it wouldn’t really close and was hard to move. seems like this room needs maintenance. overall, we were satisfied with the stay because of the location and a bed to sleep in on our trip.
