Buscando un poco de alegría de Florida? Lo encontrarás en este encantador tercer piso con balcón Suite Plus. Recientemente renovado, esta unidad es perfecta para toda la familia. La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa y horno, microondas y nevera grande. La gran vista al mar alcanza su punto máximo a través de la puerta corrediza de vidrio en la sala de estar. Hay cómodas sillas de honda en el balcón y una mesa lo suficientemente grande como para disfrutar de una comida frente al mar. Las dos camas dobles murphy en la sala de estar se agregaron recientemente; son el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del gran televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ". Great Location for a Small Family

This rental was a great fit for our small family of 4 (5y/o & 1y/o). It was very clean and had all the essentials. The Murphy beds were a hit and a great way to have space during the day. The pool and boardwalk to the beach made our days outside much easier when hauling everything you need for a day out. About 20 minutes away from St Augustine if you need a water break. Would recommend & truly enjoyed!

The bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay. The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and the handle actually broke off needing maintenance to come repair. There was sand in the bed sheets in the bedroom. No extra dish rags or paper towels on hand. The neighbors right across the hall were so loud and had a small dog that barked and howled a lot.

Whole place needs updating

The complex is tired and needs remodeling I wouldn’t even use the 3rd floor ice machine The pool is nowhere near as big as the photos suggest. The beach is glorious. I would not rebook

Great home base for a fun extended weekend

Beacher’s was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the area over the weekend. We were able to enjoy Dayton Beach, the Daytona race weekend, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park (manatee viewing). Would highly recommend.

St Augustine Getaway Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great for 2 people

Condo was great, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. 1 bedroom with king and 2 fold down twins in living room. We didn't need the fold down beds, but it would have been crowded if we did. Nice view and condo was clean. Definitely would stay again.

Not the best experience

Our main issue was that the air conditioner didn't keep up during our 2 night stay. It was set at 60 when we entered and maintained a temperature of what was probably 75-80. The unit on the balcony is also very loud. When I told the front desk, she said "ok?" . I felt this was a very unprofessional way to handle a guest who is voicing that they are uncomfortable during their stay. Also, we left something behind in the room and were unable to get in touch with the front desk or property manager after checking out which is very frustrating. (Once they got our money, the communication stopped). Beautiful view but that's all this place has offer!

Spring Break in St. Augustine

We had such a lovely stay! The unit is just like the photos, spotlessly clean with updated appliances. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The pool is spacious and well kept, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded (at least for March). The laundry facilities are clean and efficient. The suite is close to area attractions and restaurants and just 20-30 minutes to the Old City, even with bridge traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Views

Property was very nice and the management team was unbelievable. Also, the room was very clean and the Murphy beds were great for our family. The view from the balcony is worth the price to stay here!!! We would not hesitate to book this room again!!!

This condo was just perfect for the two us. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. We loved the convenience to the beach. We would stay here again if we are in St Augustine.

Relaxing, seaside getaway

This is a wonderful property located right on the beach. The condo was exactly as described and very roomy for 3 adults. Highly recommend this stay!

Good, not great

Pros: The location is great! The beach isn't over crowded. The Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. Balcony has a great view! Cons: There are no beach accessories in the condo. If you want beach chairs and an umbrella, you have to rent. Every other condo I have ever stayed in has provided at least a couple of chairs. That was a huge disappointment for me and my husband. It is a very bare basic condo. There are no spices, tiny little salt and pepper shakers that are good for one meal. We couldn't even find a pen when we wanted to write something down but there are dishes and some cookware provided. The blankets on the bed are really thin and there was only one extra provided. The chairs are nice but they're short so it's hard to look at the beach while you're sitting in them. I prefer the taller ones. Overall: If you don't really care about extras, this is a great condo. If you want a little more homey feel with some extra, I would keep looking.

Surf, sand and St. Augustine

Perfect getaway for two. On the beach. Sit and enjoy the endless view of the ocean and hear the surf. Close to many restaurants and the historic St. Augustine. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

This was such a great place and every was just as in the pictures

Overall experience was great. The only issue we had was the fridge was not getting cold, but maintenance was able to get it switched right away. Would definitely stay here again

The Perfect Mini-Vacation

We were looking for a quiet spot to get away from the hectic pace of life, and we found it.....the perfect spot for us. The unit was everything represented in pictures and written description...charming with an amazing view. Started every morning with coffee and a gorgeous sunrise over a spectacular beach....saw a few dolphins to boot. The condo was updated and offered everything we were looking for. We'll book again!
