  • This classy and tasteful balcony suite on the 2nd floor has the perfect ocean view. Enjoy your meals on the balcony with a table for two. You won't find a better breakfast spot in town! This condo has beachwood colored tile floors throughout. The queen sleeper sofa has a perfect view of the ocean or the 55" Flat Screen TV with the Popular channel line up (same as prior to October 2023 property wide change). The kitchen is fully equipped including 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom boasts a light up mirror and a texture wall tile that carryon the cool coastal vibe. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room allow for a breeze, especially during the warm summer months. The bathroom has been updated with a newer tub and larger vanity. The bedroom boasts a king sized bed and 42" flat screen TV. SMALL PETS UNDER 35 LBS ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The view from the balcony was beautiful and serene, and the walk to the beach was short, easy, and convenient! The condo was very comfortable and perfect for two. It was an enjoyable getaway!

The property looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and just what we needed for the weekend. And it was one of the most decent priced places to stay on the islans.

The front desk staff is friendly, the housekeeping staff is great we had family drive down to meet us at the beach and I requested extra towels for the family, no problem, the towels were delivered quickly. Beacher's treats you more like family than like a customer. We'll be back in July. Tracy McLean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in 211 needed some serious updating.. The king bed was very uncomfortable and the couch and pull out bed was even worse... the lighted mirror in bathroom did not work and hooks on back of bathroom door was just screws .. furniture on balcony was so uncomfortable to sit on and the slider door handle was broke and hard to open without it. ..This condo is far from gold.... We would stay here again because we loved everything about this place except that condo. We would just check a different condo next time... the check in was nice and made it simple. The pool area is clean and nice. The beach is beautiful.

The furnishings were comfortable, and the balcony furniture was perfect for watching the gorgeous sunrises. It was convenient having a functional kitchen so we could relax and prepare a Thanksgiving dinner while enjoying the beach. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Nice stay with good views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean with 2nd floor balcony having good view near boardwalk to beach. We brought our dog and the dog walk area is very tiny and on far opposite side of the property (no fault of apartment owner). This unit needs some repairs but we found it met our needs for a few days get away. The door to bedroom closet is missing, the kitchen cabinets stick and aren’t lined up. The most frustrating thing is neither TV cable set up worked - got one channel and even that would go in and out. The guest book had other guests commenting on TV issues noting even the office could not get it to work - it seemed like cable had not been paid or it’s possible all units have this poor cable service. Couch and chair are pretty worn. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. This unit did not seem to warrant “Gold” standard advertised. But it met most of our needs.

Reviewer Comments: We love Beacher's Lodge.... especially the pool... our room #211 was beautiful and well appointed except the mattress needs replaced and the a/c seemed to really be struggling... the room was damp and humid but we bought some damp rid bags and it helped a bit.

The facility is located close to downtown as well as Flagler Beach. The unit we rented was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchenette. The floors could have used a mopping. The TV’s were difficult to get local channels, but then again, we were on vacation and didn’t use the TV’s much.

We love vacationing at Beacher’s Lodge!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We first stayed at Beacher’s Lodge because it was one of the few places we found that we could take our dog. Now we vacation here because we love it. It’s always clean and well maintained. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and never overly crowded. This last trip, when getting ready to leave at 4am, our dog ran out and the door closed behind us (with the keys and a few personal items still inside. We thought we were going to have to sit outside until the office opened at 8, but was able to reach the emergency service. We were on the road by 5am for our 13 hour ride home. THANK YOU!!! We will definitely be back!
