Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

  • Step into the perfect beach vacation spot, the exact middle of the oceanfront building. Enjoy modern amenities, the amazing ocean view and a relaxing retreat to the king sized bed in the private bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area and flat screen TV, this condo has the popular channel line up available for visitors to enjoy. There is a pub style kitchen table and modern updates, including tile throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with gorgeous white quartz countertops and a 4 burner flat top stove/oven, refrigerator and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom also has a matching quartz vanity. The private bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and a smaller flat screen bedroom TV. Max of 2 dogs (no weight restrictions) with a $75 pet fee, per pet per stay. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

St Augustine is awesome

Beacher's Resort is awesome! Things they don't tell you: 1 you can take your dog on the beach right in front of the resort 2 you can drive and park your vehicle on the beach 50 ft from your chairs 3 the beach is closer than it looks in pictures We have been vacationing in Fla for the 25 yrs since we left Sarasota for Tennessee and St Augustine is the best place next to Siesa Beach that we have been to.

Beautiful view

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean, the beach and the morning sunrises from our private balcony was wonderful. It was very quiet, and the location was a short drive to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing view!

Condo was very comfortable for the night that we stayed. Bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa bed! The only thing that I noticed missing was a fourth chair for the dining table- we had to pull a chair from the balcony.

There were no surprises. The rental unit matched the advertisement. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our visit. It is a nice place to vacation and we would stay there again.

Beautiful view!

The unit is small. The view is beautiful. Easy walk from third floor to the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Wasn’t expecting clean towels on day two. Faucets a little tricky but good hot water. Location away from crowds was good for us. Quite atmosphere. Lots of pets but all well mannered. Nice wide beach area.

It’s ok because it’s right on the beach

I could live with how dated, slightly corroded and not sparkling clean everything was, but the noise from the AC unit next to the bed pretty much killed the buzz. I get it you pay for the location, but if you cannot sleep because of the noise of the AC - it probably doesn't matter. Would be ok for a cheaper property, but not for the rate I paid. So no, I would not recommend it. I only booked it as it was last minute, and we were passing through town. Get your reservations early and for more updated properties.

The view was amazing! The accommodations were ok. The bed was very comfortable, couch not so much! I was surprised with the room service. However we did get missed a few days for some reason!

It is located on a less populated section of beach overlooking the glorious Atlantic ocean. Our 3rd story condo with a balcony was ideal for just enjoying life at a slower pace. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated. The king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen offered most everything needed to put together light meals. Historic St. Augustine is a short drive away if you are looking for great little shops and restaurants and culture galore but our stay was intended to be a short, sweet getaway just to walk the beach and breathe in the cleansing salt air. Beacher’s Lodge definitely delivered. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first time staying in 316 and it was exactly as pictured. Loved the location of this unit and spectacular view. It was great cooking meals in, as well as grilling, in the well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Clean and modern and love the wood look tile floors! Two suggestions - 1) please place a small chest of drawers in the closet so we can place unhangable clothes somewhere 2) please change balcony furniture to counter height since the rail is blocking the line of sight view of the beach/sunrises.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have frequented Beachers Lodge over the last couple of years and this is probably one of our favorite units. Love the cleanliness, modern decor, updated fixtures, and easy keypad door lock. Additional pros are having a king-sized bed, fan, and blinds plus curtain covering in the main bedroom and cushy comfy mattress on the pull out couch. Cons would be king bed being a little firm for my liking and no real drawers to store anything but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Highly recommend!
