Disfrute del desayuno en el acogedor balcón de esta querida suite con balcón en el cuarto piso. Este condominio es uno de los más privados en el área de la piscina, con solo un vecino al lado, esta suite del 4to piso es una excelente ubicación, cerca de la piscina, la playa y el acceso al elevador. El sofá (no un sofá cama) en la sala de estar es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la brisa de la playa o el televisor de pantalla plana de 27 ". Los ventiladores de techo de paleta en la sala de estar y el dormitorio mueven la brisa del océano en todo el condominio. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita, incluida una estufa con horno. El baño fue remodelado con una nueva bañera con barra de apoyo y tocador nuevo. El dormitorio privado tiene la cama queen size y TV de pantalla plana de 24 ". Not as nice, given the price

This stay was okay. For the price I would have expected it to be nicer. Very small and obvious water damage. There was also a sewage smell that filled up the whole condo stemming from the kitchen sink. We called the front desk and they had maintenance come look at it while we were out, but there was no difference. The page says there is a hot tub but there is not. Having immediate access to the beach was nice, never too crowded. We did have an entire backpack cooler stolen on day 2. Not the nicest area. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Beautiful view

The view from our room was very nice! Bed was comfortable too! I am glad only two of us ended up going because it is pretty small but you could fit 4. The elevator was out so we got some exercise in which wasn't too bad. Pizza across the street delivers and is very good! Pool is so nice and the beach here is beautiful and wide.

Pleasant oceanfront stay with my dog

Unit was pretty much exactly as described. I'm rating 5 stars since we got what we were expecting as far as an oceanfront unit that was dog friendly. View from the balcony was excellent, beach very nice, and the pool also looked well taken care of even though we did not use it while we were there. A couple of critiques just for other travelers info... the queen bed was quite lumpy and the sheets were of very poor quality and kept pulling off the corners of the bed. Couldn't get the ancient "4 cup" coffeemaker to produce a good cup of coffee, should have brought our own Keurig. The fridge was big enough for some bottled water and beer etc, but I would not plan on cooking in this unit, kitchenette area is quite small and old looking stove. Shower drain is rusty as previous reviews noted, but plenty of hot water for showers. Just a very dated unit overall ..but it was clean. Also, not the fault of the condo at all, but the beach prohibits alcohol, this was kind of a bummer for us as we like to have a couple drinks while on the beach. For those bringing a dog, the "dog walking area" is a hellish distance from this unit, so had to take my dog basically out along the edge of the parking lot /highway to go in urgent situations.. We did enjoy it for a long weekend, last minute trip. But don't expect a 5 or 4 (or barely 3??) star experience. Really not trying to discourage anyone from renting, but I personally would probably not book there again.

Our room was comfortable, clean ,and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to bring our dog along. The Beach location was great as it is dog friendly.

Beachers Lodge

Gorgeous view of the ocean with friendly staff. Pictures on internet were deceiving. Condo interior looked much nicer than it really was. We arrived early and was told we could check in as soon as the room was clean in about 45 minutes. My 8 year old son was excited but they called us 1 minute prior to check in. For future reference just say no early check in!

Nice place perfect view

We enjoyed our stay and the price was right. The view was fantastic. It was a bit small but not too small to fit our needs. So we were comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was great. The only downside we found was it had a very small hot water heater so you ran out of hot water in the shower very fast and a bath was impossible. You could not take two showers back to back even if they were quick. You had to space them out. But it was rainy while we were there so we had no problem doing that. We weren’t pressed for time. We thoroughly enjoyed our ocean front view from our room. The fact it was pet friendly was also nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again because the price was fair even with the hot water issue. It had enough positives to make up for it for sure!

Clean, Neat, Love the View

This is a small apartment, sort of a shot-gun shape, but quite adequate for my wife, dachshund and I. Helpful to have a bedroom separated from the living area. We did some cooking and found the cookware and utensils adequate. LOVE LOVE the ocean view from the fourth floor. (The VRBO photo clearly shows that the view is partially blocked so no surprises there.) The sand on this beach is perfect, the kind you just want to curl in your toes. Friendly staff.

Great views But.....

Easy check-in process. This is not a condo. It is a hotel disguised as a condo. The bathroom needs to be overhauled. Short toilet, had a flushing issue, short vanity...I felt like a giant in the bathroom. Overall, this listing served it’s purpose. TIME AWAY...

Smelled

The whole condo seemed damp at all times. If you couldn't hang towels or swimsuits on balcony they would never dry. Had a suit hang in closet for 4 days it never dried. The couch was stained and smelled. Microwave had rust spots on ithe inside. The vent in the bathroom was almost stopped completely up with dust. The elevator was so hot it was better to take stairs and we were on 4th floor.

Nice place

Well maintained older property. Grounds and common areas were clean and attractive. Beach access was easy. Condo had what we needed. Bummer that the elevator went out. My one suggestion is more accessible dog areas.
