Our stay at this condo was exactly what we needed—pure serenity. The area is peaceful, with friendly neighbors and none of the obnoxious party crowds you sometimes find at beach destinations. It felt like a true escape where you could relax and enjoy nature.One of the highlights was the amazing view from the deck. Listening to the waves and watching the ocean while spotting cool shells along the beach made every morning and evening special. The location is perfect—close enough to restaurants, attractions, and parks when you want to go out, but far enough away that you still feel tucked away from the crowds.We loved being able to buy groceries for the week and eat in, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and relaxed. The condo itself was very clean and decorated in light beach décor that immediately put you in those beachy vacation vibes. The beds were comfortable, and the layout worked really well for our group. Having a half bath downstairs in addition to the two full bathrooms upstairs was incredibly convenient, and the upstairs laundry made things easy during our stay.The property amenities were great too. The heated pools were wonderful, and we enjoyed the tennis and pickleball courts. There were also several parks nearby, which made it easy to get outside and explore.The location also made it easy to visit some great local attractions. Communication with the host was a breeze from start to finish! They kindly answered my many questions. I would stay again!

Wow!!! incredibile view! We loved this place. We walked in and all we saw was the ocean. The bedroom upstair had the most beautiful view of a georgous sunrise on the ocean. We even saw the moon rise and a meteour shower because there were no lights on the beach. The beds were very comfortable too! Yes, definitely a 5 star for the incredibile view, cleanliness and communication! We will book again!

Host welcomingGreat locationProperty is in need of updating. You can’t access windows and sliding door is very old. Bedding is uncomfortable and does not fit the bed, the pillows are poor and the wrong size. The entire unit lacks the things you would need to enjoy a day at the beach. We have stayed at other units on the property and they are properly equipped for beach goers. 5 star location2 Star accommodations

Great place to stay. Unfortunately it rained all the time we were there. I look forward to staying again when the weather is nicer. My grandchildren still enjoyed the beach in the rain. This unit is well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable.. The location was good for us and the beach uncrowded. i have absolutely no complaints.

This is an excellent place to stay; the condo was clean, the property was gated, and access to the beach was protected. The condo itself was decorated well and had all amenities. I was able to communicate with iTrips through text and they were super responsive. One day, there was a water main break and water was shut off for a few hours. ITrips communicated with me about the issue and brought bottled water to us to use. So, so helpful. If I could give a 10 star review I would post 10/10 on everything.

Best unit in Summerhouse!

We have been vacationing at summerhouse for years and this unit was by far our favorite we’ve ever rented. The unit itself is so cute and clean, the location is perfect and the hosts were so accommodating! We will most definitely be renting again!

Nice area if you want a quiet beach and aren't picky about where you stay.

One star removed after the iTrip (prop. mgmt co) decided to show up at the unit to 'discuss' our rating and comments below. Ridiculous that they think they can show up unannounced while we're spending our family time and interrupt us and our vacation. Will not be using any of their properties again.The good things. The beds are comfortable. They have a great supply of board games. Beach access is so close and easy to get to, practically empty and quiet.Now the not so good things. It reminds me of one of my parent's old timeshares. The property is dated. The gate was broken the first two days and nowhere in the booking information does it say you'll be charged 10 for a gate entry key to drive in and out of the property. The unit itself has no screens on the windows; what good is an ocean view if you can't enjoy an ocean breeze in the unit. You can't open the master window, and it has such a bad salt film on it, it ruins the view. The second bedroom shade only goes half-way down so don't plan on sleeping in and again, no screen. Thus, we were not surprised by the huge spider we encountered in the unit since there are no screens. The patio sliding door has a screen, but you have to be hulk to open it. Along with the fact there are no blinds on the sliding door which makes the living room difficult to even sit in while morning sun blinds you. This place needs serious window updates. It was not so stellar clean.... mold in the master shower and unclean bedding.

Great trip

This condo is truly a clean and comfortable place to stay. It was a pleasure to come back to at the end of a day of activity. It was roomy and the 1/2 bath downstairs was a real convenience. There was an abundance of linens and plenty of pillows for sleepers like us who want two pillows to sleep on. It was very well stocked and had several thoughtful touches. I would love to go back someday for another week.

Sensational Stay at Sunrise Terrace!

My friends and I had not been to St. Augustine and to the Crescent Beach area and are so glad we decided that they would be our vacation destinations! Sunrise Terrace provided us with a picture-perfect opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Atlantic! We were fascinated by the low and high tides, the sunrises and the moon phases we could witness from the comfort of our balcony! The location of the resort is away from the busyness of the city but close enough to the action when you want it. The interior of the condo exudes the perfect beach vibe with its soothing colors and decor. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with our starter needs. We loved having games available for us to chill indoors. There were also some chairs and an umbrella in a closet we used on the beach, which is a VERY short walk from the condo...so convenient! The amenities throughout the complex were great; there was something for everyone!! Communication with the owner was easy. He was available anytime I had a question, and I appreciated his quick responses. We were greeted with a hand-written note from him when we arrived at the condo, and ample information about the general area is provided in a notebook. On a final note, no home is perfect, so I must mention that the kitchen sinks are an "interesting" design and the dishwasher is too close to the sink for rinsing and loading. But, those are design flaws; otherwise, this condo is worthy of 5 stars!!!

Loved the area!

The condo was very nice with beautiful views. We were a group of senior women and discovered the condo is on the second floor with no elevator. Then when finally getting luggage up the steep stairs we discovered the bedrooms were upstairs from the living area. Lovethe condo but probably would have to opt for a 1st floor next time.
