  • Este encantador primer piso tiene un nuevo propietario! El condominio está a solo unos pasos de la piscina al aire libre, el spa, nuestro nuevo parque infantil y la piscina para niños. Puede sentarse en el amplio patio y disfrutar de la vista del hermoso jardín. Está a solo un paseo de la playa, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de la belleza del Océano Atlántico.

    La cocina ha sido remodelada con encimeras de granito y completamente equipada para una estadía prolongada. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size de lujo, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y una cama individual, y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de día. Este condominio viene con Internet WiFi privado, cable y HBO en la sala de estar y televisión por cable en las tres habitaciones. TODOS los televisores se han actualizado a pantallas planas en la sala de estar y en las tres habitaciones.

Good. Ground level was convenient. The gym was an added bonus for a rainy morning workout.

Well located, comfortable and spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 1111 has a great location on the ground floor facing the pool. Since some family stayed in 1112, we really appreciated the convenience of the adjacency of the back patio doors. Great also not to have to rely on stairs or an elevator. Personnel was very helpful lending equipment for pickleball and providing information about local attractions. Beautiful beach and pool and hot tub added to our enjoyment. Would definitely recommend Colony Reef Club to any family looking for a well kept and well located facility. The

GREAT TIME BUT UNIT NEEDS "SPRUCING UP"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit multiple years. It is in a good location and spacious enough. It is furnished well and provides a good condo for our family. However, this unit could just use a little "sprucing up." The kitchen is poorly stocked with dishes, silverware, and tableware. It is just a hodgepodge of furnishings.... We would also suggest that the patio furniture,which has been there since we started renting, be replaced. It is metal and is rusty. The set is too large for the patio and the chairs are extremely heavy and cumbersome. Installing a fan on the patio would be a great upgrade. The guest room closet door was completely off the track. These seem like petty things but addressing these issues would make an "adequate" unti into an amazing unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall unit was in decent shape. It was short in some areas of which I thought there should be more. The Kitchen was sparsely furnished, silverware cooking pots and pans, and utensils. Only 3 towels provided for the week. There is an in unit washer and dryer which is extremely helpful. Atmosphere was friendly, warm and accommodating. I'm not sure it should be a gold listing but don't know all the criteria for making that decision. Refrigerator wasn't clean but rest of the unit was. As I said, overall experience was positive and we've reserved for next year.

Nice comfortable place

The refrigerator kept us awake at night making so much noise and the mini dryer took hours to dry the clothes. Otherwise the furnishing were very nice.

Our stay at Colony Reef.

The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. If we’ve ever had any issues which have beeb minor. They handled it professionally. I would recommend Colony Reef for anyone that is looking for a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful beach.
