Beautiful Pool + Beachside House - Perfect for Family and Pet friendly!

  • Completamente cercado y protegido en el área de la piscina, admite mascotas al 100% y a los niños les encantará. Avery's Beach Bungalow es una casa junto a la playa, totalmente remodelada y actualizada por uno de los mejores diseñadores de interiores.

    Todo el espacio habitable está convenientemente ubicado en un piso, con una hermosa piscina exterior y un bar tiki. Tres nuevos televisores de plasma y reproductores de DVD, internet WiFi y cable, si necesita revisar el correo electrónico o hacer un poco de trabajo. A 2 minutos a pie del acceso a la playa semiprivada, convenientemente ubicado al final de la cuadra. Perfecto para actividades de playa por la tarde o paseos al atardecer a lo largo de las hermosas costas. House viene con camas king y queen, también una silla convertible y una cama aero (perfecta para niños).

    Te encantará esta casa, playa y vecindario, a minutos del centro de la ciudad y segundos del Océano Atlántico. ¡Te sentirás como en casa tan pronto como entres por la puerta!

Pool was really nice, but the location to the beach could not be beat with this one. It’s just a short stroll down the road and the host has a wagon and chairs in the garage ready for your beach afternoon.

This place is exactly as advertised. We had the best two week stay ever! We swam in the beach and pool everyday. Being able to bring our dog was also a MAJOR plus for us. The beach is a short walk down to the end of the block and the city is full of fun things to do. Glenn goes above and beyond as a host. Will Definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, even for our dogs. The pool was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing after spending time at the beach. The location was excellent and just a short drive to historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, just don’t book the week we want to be there! :)

Beautiful home with a nice pool. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host Glenn communicates really well. Will definitely look to rent again.

Great property! Very close to the beach (5min walk) and only 15min to downtown areas. Great having a garage and pool. We left some new pots and seasoning behind for the next renterers, will definitely return to St. Augustine soon!

Beach trip

The location is great located in a lovely and safe neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping.Glenn is extremely easy to work with, accommodating, and quick to respond to any emails.We enjoyed the pool and the house is spacious.Thank you and we loved the beautiful beach.

So much fun

Really enjoyed the house and location to beach. Dog loved visiting beach and meeting other dogs in neighborhood. Would love to stay again.

Family Beach Trip

House was just a short walk to the beach access. Pool was very refreshing after our days on the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Butler beach was beautiful.
