Colony Reef 1211 - Family Friendly Condo with Amazing Ocean Views

Enjoy a view of the beach from this gorgeous second floor condo. Newly updated as of Fall 2026, this condo will be your home away from home. The updated living room furniture has plenty of seating for the whole family and the dining room table comfortably seats six. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a Keurig coffee machine. The bright and airy primary bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two full size beds with new mattresses in the second bedroom and in the third bedroom, also known as the "Crow's Nest," there are 4 twin bunk beds. For your safety, we ask that no one over 100 lbs sleeps on the top bunks as they are designed for small children only.

On the balcony there is a brand new Polywood table perfect for the entire family to gather and enjoy the morning sunrises over the beach, or enjoy a family dinner on the new electric patio grill.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have brand new TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, ping pong table, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
