Condominio con vista al mar, perfecto para toda la familia en Colony Reef Club 2410

Recién actualizado con decoración fresca en 2019! Esta es una magnífica 3 dormitorios 2 cuarto de baño cuarto piso unidad de vista al mar que se encuentra en el edificio del Norte. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y una cama doble y el tercer dormitorio más pequeño (nido de cuervo) tiene 2 juegos de literas dobles que duermen a cuatro niños. Esta unidad tiene un montón de área de dormir para una familia grande.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa de superficie lisa, construido en microondas y lavavajillas. También hay una lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. El comedor tiene una hermosa mesa de madera y 6 sillas.

La unidad tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "SMART en la sala de estar, un televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal y dormitorio de invitados para su disfrute.

Great family vacation

Beautiful ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Plenty of lawn for kids to run and play. Not far from restaurants or downtown.

Family friendly, beach/pool

Property is a little dated but still great. Family friendly location with direct access to beach and huge pool. Both are very short walk from rooms. Grocery store is 1.5 miles up the road. Would def stay here again. No complaints at all.

Our individual condo is pretty with a beach flair. It has a beautiful view and newer kitchen applicances. We really like it here.

Great beach getaway

Very clean place, comfortable for 9 people, waking up with the beautiful sunrise looking over the balcony is priceless. The only thing is that was the check out cleaning lady was there waiting by door at 9:45 which we were leaving anyway , we just brought a lot of things with us, we ended up leaving 10:14 and we just felt rushed getting out (not a pleasant experience). I will rent the place again if there is another opportunity it’s a great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Colony Reef. We enjoy Saint Augustine with all its history and activities. Colony Reef is a great place. There are great views of the ocean and the pool area especially if one is on the third or fourth floor. The construction of the facility with its three buildings provides everyone a great view. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Great location, terrible unit

This building is in a great location and has a great set up for families. We have stayed here a few times before. But this particular unit is not well kept. The furnishings are old and dirty. The bedding is cheap and dingy. It was just generally very outdated and not very clean. A major warning. There was barely any hot water. There was enough for only one shower. In a unit that sleeps up to 8 people, this was a real problem. Cold showers were taken every day. When we arrived at 5pm (for a 4pm check in time), the unit had not been cleaned from the last renter. We had to wait for someone to come from across town, and then wait for her to clean it. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I would highly recommend this condo community, but would never stay in this unit again. It was not well taken care of.

Normally no complaints, but this time the unit next to ours was under construction and there was pounding from 8am past 6pm. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked the condo we did. Also, lots of smokers in this non-smoking facility. We didn't us the balcony much this time, as people were smoking below us and around us. Also, our grill was dirty so we didn't BBQ. Other than that, this is our go to place.

Great resort, not great service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Keurig stopped working and instead of fixing, we were offered a regular coffee maker. Were only given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, went out and bought ourselves before we knew we had to ask for more. Were only given a couple trash bags and when we asked for more were only given 2 even though we knew we’d need more and had to go back again when we ran out. Not much hot water and would start to run out when the first person was getting a shower. Dishwasher smelt like something was burning when we ran it for the first time and when we reported it, were told it was brand new and no one came to look at it. Overall it was a great location and resort and amenities were perfect. But the maintenance requests and service were handled poorly.

The location of this property was perfection! Beatiful grounds, pool, and easy walk to the beach with a great view of all from the condo. The condo itself was slightly dated, but we knew that from pictures and our concern was location and view. Great communication with staff as we had to delay our trip due to hurrican Ian.

Great location, perfect for families, Gated condo with great location!

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. Perfect for our large family getaway. Loved the security of the locked gates to the premises and to beach access. It had everything we needed. We could have easily stayed a few more days and will definitely choose this condo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the grounds (pool, landscaping, vibe, etc.) immensely, but the unit was just okay. Next time will not rent a unit with carpet. Unit had a few issues with clothes’ drawers (sticking) in master bedroom. TVs also had issues - need to simplify remote controls, etc. WiFi in unit was good. Bunk beds were nice touch; wish more units had these in Crow’s Nest room. Improved patio furniture would be a nice update.

Our unit could use some help though. Most of the furnishings are fine but original wallpaper is still up and decorations are tacky. A good coat of paint and carpet cleaning would do wonders. A high rise toilet would be nice. Kitchen appliances are good, cosmetics mostly needed

There us a large pool and hot tub. It’s about 20 mins from downtown St Augustine. We stayed in Unit 2410. It was fairly clean and comfortable. The unit is a bit dated, the furniture is old and the drawers in the dressers stuck. The bathroom lighting is pretty terrible and the lights in both showers were out. The kitchen is tiny, really only person can fit at a time , and the silverware drawer was broken. We’ve stayed at this resort before in another unit and it seemed bigger. We were tripping over each all week If we come again, we’ll definitely stay in a different unit. It seems a bit overpriced for what you get.
