Casa Tranquila está ubicada en una calle tranquila a solo una cuadra de toda la acción en el corazón de la ciudad más antigua del país. Construido en 1917 con techos de 11 pies, ha sido renovado y está decorado con buen gusto y equipado con todo lo necesario para que su estadía en St. histórico Agustín una experiencia notable.

Área de comedor interior, cocina actualizada, y un patio al aire libre ubicado en el porche donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una cafetería y bollos en la mañana o cócteles y tapas en la noche. En el área del jardín contamos con una mesa de picnic, Bar-B-Que, una fogata y área de descanso.
Tenemos Wifi, TV de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, juegos y películas para el entretenimiento.
Estacionamiento detrás de la unidad. S t. Augustine es un área muy accesible y nuestra distancia al centro de la ciudad es una caminata corta, parada de tranvía al final de nuestra calle, 4 cuadras al norte de Ripley, lo creas o no (lo creas) y las puertas de la ciudad, unas pocas cuadras más y tu estas en St. George street con muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Castillo de San Marcos también está muy cerca. Una vez que estacione su automóvil, apenas lo necesitará.

This VRBO was excellent for location!!!! Only about 2 blocks from historic St. Augustine- we walked everywhere. It was clean and had all the comforts of home! Jim was very nice and always communicated with me promptly! We really liked eating breakfast on the screened in porch! Highly recommend this VRBO!!!

Convenient Cozy Cottage

Easy walking distance to St. George Street, and many restaurants. Easy to load and unload car. Screened in porch for al fresco dining. Comfy bed and quiet bedroom. Tight bathroom, in that the toilet seat faces, and is close to, the pocket door.

Location!

The location could not be better. Once we checked in, we parked and didnt move the car. Easy walk to almost everywhere. The house is old, but comfy. Remember, that in an older house, you may feel a chill now and then and the wooden floors are cold in the morning. This is not a criticism, just an FYI if you've not lived in an older house before. The screened front porch was a nice outside space. Beautiful, historic town with so much to see and do, all within a short walk. Shopaholics (like me) will be in heaven; full buffet of boutique, art and antique shops. Will definitely plan to visit again. Could not see all in one trip.

Location of property ideal. Unit more of a duplex than a cottage but very quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Though we hit a cold spell, we were nice and cozy inside. Parking in back is a bit tricky. Overall, an excellent stay and would go back again.cozy

Great property as pictured. Walking distance to historic district. Quiet neighborhood with couple of restaurants within walking distance away from the crowds. Only issue was mix up with code to enterbut host was quick to respond with correct number.

Great place to stay!

My husband & I try to take a trip every year for our anniversary. This was our first time to St Augustine & my favorite trip so far! The cottage was peaceful, clean, comfortable & full of charm. We enjoyed having coffee on the screened porch each morning. The location is excellent! No shortage of restaurants or activities within walking distance. Convenient St Augustine location

Well equipped, clean apartment in the historical uptown neighborhood. Very convenient to walk and avoid parking problems in the city. Nice enclosed porch & also outside seating. Host provides helpful information about the area in a notebook as well as brochures from a variety of locations.

Wonderful Cottage

We were meeting friends in St.Augustine over Christmas. Found your wonderful cottage that worked out great. We parked our car and walked everywhere. It was quaint, cozy and private. Perfect for our stay. Great screened in porch. Our friends came over and we played games. Even though it was raining we were able to stay on the porch. Quaint Cozy Clean Historic Cottage

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay in your cozy cottage . Although we only live a few hours away, in Titusville Florida, I felt like I was transported to another world. Two Night Stay

The yellow cottage was very clean and comfortable. We parked the car upon arrival and didn't use it again until we left. The location is perfect for walking to the historic/shopping/restaurant district. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Anniversary trip

The property is even better than it looks online. This unit is so comfortable and cozy and it was very clean with everything you could want or need. Decor and design is superb. The location cannot be beat as you truly do not need to drive to historic locations. The only time we drove was to go to Collage Restaurant because it was threatening rain. Jim was super to work with and we really appreciate his quick response to any questions we had. We enjoyed the peaceful screened in front porch in the evening along with the lovely lights in the garden. Thank you, Jim, for your hospitality and in making our 60th wedding anniversary stay perfect. We highly recommend Casa Tranquila if you are looking for a relaxing stay in St. Augustine. The Prydes

Perfectly located in a quiet area but walkable to everything

Everything was as described, kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable. The enclosed porch for coffee and dining was our favorite part. Our only issue was with parking. There was debris from remodeling and a truck in the promised parking space, so we had to park our large vehicle on the street. We actually moved some of the debris ourselves the next day in order to get off the street. With that though, we would definitely consider renting here again.
